Ha Ha! You already got rid of one of your MMEs. ??

I also tend to keep my drivers a while. I *plan* on keeping mine for 7-10 years. Unless it blows up, I'll keep it. I will evaluate whether I'm going to keep the car longer during that time. If it doesn't blow up, my decision to get something in its place will depend on how I feel about offerings at that time. ?‍♂?
Not on purpose. I MEANT to keep that one for 8-10 years. The GT-PE was an accident. I swear.
And now I HAVE TO keep this one. Because there’s no way my wife is falling for my rationalizations again.

I'm keeping my GT until the following conditions are met:
  1. Sub-Zero Winter driving range increases by at least 30%
  2. Cooling is improved and there's no 5-second or 10 second power cut... I want consistent power until the battery is depleted.
  3. DC Fast Charging Speed of at least 350 KW and a 800V architecture
  4. Two way charging

I'll keep my premium AWD ER until Ford comes out with at least a few of the following on future mach-E's:

  • Ventilated front seats
  • Heated + ventilated rear seats
  • Sunroof that opens
  • Faster 0-80% charging
  • Faster 0-60 mph times (non-GT model)

My timeframe wasn't listed.

⏹ Until my Maverick Hybrid FE comes in.

If the used market stays strong through this year, I may consider a 2023 depending on tax credit availability and Mach-E price increases.

I definitely would replace it with another Mach-E, I can’t think of another vehicle remotely close in price that I’d take over it.

I plan to keep it 3 years or until my F150 Lightning is available. I'll be retired by then and will need the roomier comfort of the Lightning. But I may keep it longer if my wife is won over to having 2 BEVs and no ICE vehicles.

I'm going to at least keep it through the end of the Options term (48 months). If there's a more compelling BEV Mustang (say a convertible coupe) available at that time then I will trade it in, or if not I will just buy out the balloon payment and keep the one I have.

Trading it in once in close to bumper to bumper warranty expiration.

I'll keep my GTPE until something more interesting comes along or a vehicle that doesn't have whatever is currently annoying me. At the present, that's most likely the Lightning, but that may be up to Ford. I have orders in for a few other vehicles as alternate options, which may arrive sooner. I haven't been impressed with recent Ford quality, cost-cutting, and the dealer service department's inability to repair EVs.

Based on the current timeline for something new to show up, that will probably be around 6-12 months.

Just got my 2nd MME GT 2 weeks ago. Though I'd love to keep it, our budget won't allow us to keep this and our Rivian truck due presumably in 4 - 9 months. But then a few months later we expect to take delivery of our Rivian SUV - provided we've not fallen in love with the truck. Maybe a year after that we'll at least entertain taking delivery of a Fisker Ocean. But I'd say the chances are better than average that we'll settle with our new Cadillac Lyriq we expect to receive a year further down the road. And if things go reasonably well, we'll hopefully just pay cash and be done. Maybe. :)

I think 3 years tops. I really want a 3 row EV SUV under $60K. I think we'll see that in the next 2-3 years.

Truth be told, I find the Mach-E a little small for my taste. However, it's just big enough to not bother me, and I love the looks and it's an EV.

Probably 5'ish - 8 Years. First year CR1. Would love ventilated seats/HUD like our old KonaEV

Other issues that keep popping up on the SYNC and hearing the SYNC will be replaced with Android Automobile means the SYNC will be obsolete soon enough.

Would like a smaller car for the Mrs., so hoping for a Pinto EV
