it is plumb, may be the phone angle is wrong in the second pic but it is straight :D
Thought it had to do with the camera angle. Quite the illusion.

Yeah dryers are a 14-30 plug so it won't fit a 14-50 outlet. I don't think I can recommend lugging your range out into the garage just to test the outlet.

I think your charger might just be defective. Does it work if you plug it into a 120V outlet?
Not all dryers. I have a 14-50. Dryers typically don’t come with a plug. You buy a cord to match the wiring in your house. Same goes for electric ovens and ranges.

Sure, it can be wired with all kinds of different receptacles, but electric dryers are usually on 30A circuits, which is why they usually have 14-30 receptacles. There's no code reason why you can't have a dryer on a 50A circuit. You could also use a 14-50 receptacle on a 30A circuit (with 30A breaker), but you would have to know not to plug in anything that will draw more than 30A. I bet the 14-50 plug that you bought to use with your dryer said on the package that it was for an electric range. That doesn't mean it won't work or that it's unsafe since the dryer will draw less. But the reverse is not true. You wouldn't want to plug a typical electric range into a 14-30 outlet or use a 14-30 cord that's meant for a dryer.

Ok as said in my op, I used an industrial receptacle. The connectors need Allen wrench. Electrician said he does not have the non metric(red) Allen wrench so tightened it with a screwdriver.

Today I bought the red Allen wrench and none of them fit in to the screw to tighten (red/blue)

Pics attached, if any one have an idea please lmk. Thanks

So your electrician didn’t complete the install and didn’t test the outlet?
The Allen wrenches you bought too small?
Maybe the manufacturer has specs listed online.

He screwed them with a screwdriver(instead of Allen wrench) because he don't have the non metric one. They are pretty tight. But I want to do it correctly again. He tested and we saw we are getting 240v. But then I connect the EVSE it gives yellow light

Your issue sounds different than the typical problem - the Ford portable EVSE overheats in warm ambient temperature and shuts down. But I thought I would throw that out there especially since yours works on 120V which tends to produce less heat. Is your garage super warm for some reason?
Mine failed and never was hot to touch even in the Texas heat over the summer.
The group here help troubleshoot and confirmed with me that I had a bad pin for the 240V since 110 worked fine.
it sound like the OP might have a bad connection on the outlet based on updated posts today.

Get a dealer with a 240V outlet to test and confirm the EVSE is in working order.
Mine had a 240V issue and worked fine with 110.

You probably need to have a good ground installed. 3 wire circuit plus a 4th ground wire is required for the Ford charger to work. Ask your electrician to check the ground connection.

A few posts ahead of yours shows the dedicated ground wire:

I'm not 100% sure, but from reading the troubleshooting table, it seems like a grounding error would result in a pulsing red light:

Yes, I saw that in the photo but it needs connected to earth ground not panel ground. I dont remember the color but you could be correct on red vs yellow.

1. you show two sets of M allens. You need a set with SAE sizes to fit the receptacle allens

2. your electrician MAY have connected both Neutral (white) and the Ground (bare ) to the neutral bus inside the electrical panel behind the deadfront. The bare needs to go the EARTH ground, and the white needs to go to the Neutral bus bar.

3. electrician may not have connected the bare (ground) wire to anything.... we cannot tell without seeing a picture inside the electrical service behind the 'deadfront' cover. There should be 4 wires coming from the outlet if 'correct' wire was used.... 6/6/6w8G

.... take the charger to anywhere that has a 240v outlet, like a campground, or the dealership if they have a 240v outlet for just such a test, and plug your mobile charger in there to make sure its not the charger that is bad.

I'm not sure what you're saying here. The outlet is a few inches away from the main load center, which is surely connected to earth ground. Right?
Maybe not, I have mine grounded by a ground rod into the earth.
