These Mach-E GTs have reached "Picked" VehicleStatus in palsapp. As of this morning these all had a VehicleStatus of "On Hold". These are among the 23 GTs that have August delivery dates according to Ford's tracking information. Here's what I found out about "Picked" from an older forum post.

https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/palsapp-train-tracking.3998/post-137859

This suggests that these have reached Kansas City and are being moved... somewhere. Now, their destinations are still null and that is slightly concerning, but maybe those will update to somewhere "good" soon. I will be watching these closely and report back if anything else changes.
Thanks for pulling this info @Carmel Mach E Auto . Feeling even better that the early September delivery date is solid. ?

Mine isn’t on the list but it is an “E” and it is a GTPE with a hardtop. I wonder if that could be a hardtop designation? Mine still shows shipped on the tracker with a 9/21-27 delivery to dealer and production 7/24 and shipped 8/10. Palsapp still shows pending.I should say the E in the 12th position.

Uuuughghhgh does this mean we can finally get some GT reviews soon? I'm dying to see some video reviews and what people are going to say about them. If they have some on trucks for delivery, they just have had them out and about to reviewers by now.
Right? I kinda feel like a schmuck having their highest trim/power train on order and the only real world “review” out there is someone sitting in the passenger seat in a closed course

The determinant digit is the 8th one:

GT: 3FMTK4SE
GT-PE: 3FMTK4SX

See the VIN decoder:
https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/2021-mach-e-mustang-vin-decoder.651/
Back in 1999 a friend was able to use the VIN to decode the numerical sequence of the 4628 35th Anniversary Edition Mustang GTs. Ford ended up verifying the information and those of us with those cars were able to find out our build information. My thinking was along the lines of using the VINs to decipher the chassis number. For example, my '20 GT-500 has a chassis number of L1331. There isn't a difference between the Base GT-500 or the Carbon Fiber Track Pack. My 35th was 4478/4628. I was just curious wondering what the chassis number of our MME-GT will be. Perhaps someone will make plaques like we did 20+ years ago. The first VIN I see in that list is D99645. With Carmel Mach E Auto having some really in depth information, I wonder what VIN the first GT will have?

My GT-PE which is headed to California, just updated on palsapp as delivered today to "ARGENTINE RAMP". This is after my dealer let me know earlier today that its on a rail car.
That means yours is going to be carried West by BNSF unlike the others that are on Union Pacific.

So if there are D and E VINs, am I correct in assuming that the D VINs are going to be the earliest?
Assuming by "earliest" you mean "the first one built" then the answer is no. They are not built in order of sequence number.

Again, if that's indeed correct, do you know what VIN the first GT is?
To the best of my knowledge, the lowest GT sequence number is D99601.

And that video from a couple months ago doesn't say anything about the car. Nothing about the experience being in it going around the track, how it feels accelerating, etc. It's actually kind of weird ford even allowed the video to happen since it barely showed or talked about the GT for the most part.
