Multiple Mach-E GTs have reached Kansas City!

Uuuughghhgh does this mean we can finally get some GT reviews soon? I'm dying to see some video reviews and what people are going to say about them. If they have some on trucks for delivery, they just have had them out and about to reviewers by now.

It's so super secret squirrel that we don't even have a hint that a press event for the GT/GTPE is even going to happen. Last fall, we had some news about the timing of Ford conducting press drive events for the MME including when the embargo would lift. For the GT? Zilch.

Just looked on the PALs website and my VIN is updated but it says it was delivered today to Norfolk VA. Its suppose to go to Utah. Umm, am I missing something?

I think what you may be missing is that palsapp tracks trucks, not trains. So what your vehicle's information says is that it was moved Kansas City to the Birmingham Missouri by truck.

I think Delivered actually means it was taken from the Origin which is Kansas City, to the Destination, which is Birmingham Missouri.

But you're right, this isn't the final destination, it's a rail yard or train hub of some sort. Presumably this one,

although the address listed there is Kansas City, MO rather than Birmingham, MO. So this might be an overflow lot of some kind, but I am just speculating. Even if it is, that doesn't have to be a bad thing. It could just mean that they have a lot of vehicles waiting to be shipped out right now.

Incidentally, I hadn't really thought about it until now, but the Origin "Kansas City" is ambiguous - it could be Kansas City, KS or it could be Kansas City, MO. I has assumed the former, but I am now thinking the latter. Google might help answer that.

All of this just made me think that someone could see all of this information and pull off a major heist lol. If we see a bunch of GTs in the wrong country we know what happened, gone in 60 seconds style.

This delivery system hasn't seemed to improve since 1950's. painfully slow. I guess all the technology in the world can't make trains and trucks and hubs deliver any faster.

If it follows the same pattern as the regular Mach-E released last December and the Bronco launch a couple of months ago, reviews will go up at the same time that the first customer orders are being delivered.

So if these late August - mid-September delivery dates are accurate, we should be seeing reviews in that timeframe.

The long answer is that you might be able to catch a glimpse of it with palsapp if Jack Cooper moves it somewhere else later in its journey. Or, the next time you hear about it may be from your dealership to say that it has arrived.

The long answer is that you might be able to catch a glimpse of it with palsapp if Jack Cooper moves it somewhere else later in its journey. Or, the next time you hear about it may be from your dealership to say that it has arrived.

If you call your dealer and ask for a vehicle visibility report you may be able to get its position as it makes its way to you (although your dealer may get a little annoyed with you for asking so much).

My GT PE VIN starts with 3FMTK4SX5MME. Of course with the minimum of 6 week delay means who knows when it will ship. Ford is doing zero communications to buyers.
