As a Cadillac Lyriq owner I placed and order on the first day and received it less then a week later. So it would appear that Tesla had been supplying GM with the adapters for awhile since they were able to send some out right away, but people are now reporting that their orders are on back order.

Well, it looks like your questions has been answered. It appears the earliest ship date according to the updated website is now January 2025.

I guess all those adapters Elon claimed they were making either got lost off the back of the truck or they never existed and he's blowing more smoke out his ass.

No no my 100k order still says October so obviously Ford is just leapfrogging everyone who put in earlier orders.

Probably just deleted anyone with a 21 off their list while they were at it.

FWIW, mine still shows a status of “in production”, to be shipped by Sept 2024. I was slightly slow to order, late February.

Perhaps they are aiming for 9/31 (base 16) ;>

Kidding aside, I had no expectation when we purchased the MachE that it would ever be Tesla compatible, so I’m just happy it is “on its way” ;>

10/24/24 - I did not get an update, but last night I did get a notice that my adapter has shipped!

Order Number: FAE:90022003 is on its way.

Are you sure your estimated ship date is November? I saw someone else who's number was 118,000 had a December estimate.

Yup, and in order to have been in the first batch you needed to get your order in before the first 25 minutes or so elapsed after ordering opened up. I ordered just before 5:30 Pacific and got into the second batch. ?‍?
