National Inventory List

A month or so ago we started looking for an F-150 King Ranch Powerboost. Inventory is hilariously low, so I reverse engineered Ford’s public search APIs to build my own search engine.
As a side benefit, I can now search any model line including Mach-E’s. I figured y’all would be able to make use of this list, which includes in-plant and in-transit inventory.

Unless things have changed since last year, the list will show customer special ordered vehicles for some dealers and not others, based on individual dealer policies. And some dealers add entries to inventory before vehicles arrive (or are even built in some cases) while others wait for them to be ready for sale.

Yeah… lots of orders in there, BUT what I found (at least on my F-150 search) is that in the past couple weeks there’s been a huge spike in declines orders and dealers shifting their stance on AZ plan/ADMs.
A key data point is the inventory lot age. Vehicles over 14ish days are likely recently released by the original orderer.

Oh boy, that's a goldmine if somebody want to buy a Mach-E from dealer stock!

It would be really cool if you could do average inventory age stats for us weekly or something.

this list may not be very entirely accurate. Crater Lake Ford (medford, or) has a Select on lot for a while (probably their test drive model) that isn't on this list and the Premium on the list sold immediately on delivery with a $7.5k ADM.

still, it's data to use in hunting down options.

@kodiakng theres a few factors for sure:

that one that’s been on the lot for a while may have already been titled.
some inventory turns over fast. While many/most Mach-e’s are customer orders and won’t be available, if you’re on the hunt you’ll come across many customer declines.

Is there any way to make the list available another way? I would like to filter it by selected States and model types for my brother and I just can't figure out a way to do it. Not sure if you can have filters directly to the embedded sheet or you can make it available with a link that we can view only or download. Thanks for this though it's a very nice resource.

I came across a database listing of all the dealer codes and locations about 4 months ago...wish I could find that again.
