Still waiting for the update, turning Wi-Fi off, leaving outside for cell doesn’t seem to make a difference, but the other updates came a couple weeks after others posted about theirs so I’m not too concerned about getting it. Sure would be nice though on my early job 1 car with its, shall we say, idiosyncrasies.

Is there ANY benefit to having WiFi ON yet? It seems like even the Sirius stuff won't stream over WiFi if you tell it to Switch to Internet, still uses modem.

I'd guess so. Hopefully that'll happen right after this push expires. I did turn Wifi off just in case.

I know it isn't a huge deal, but making a road trip next Friday and was hoping to have the update by then.

My update failed on Jan 9, and the expiration time of Jan 14. On Jan 13 it began a new delivery window and the status changed back to "request_delivery_queued".

Yeah I usually have it on and have got updates just fine, but not sure if they came over Wifi or cellular

Mine successfully updated this morning on the 3rd attempt! It might just be superstition, but I moved my car outside and turned off Wi-Fi when I saw “request_delivery_queued” in widget.

Have your self or anyone had a failed notification either in ford pass or the car itself (when it has said failed in the widget etc). Mine has shown failed in the widget. But has not said failed on ford pass or the car.

Interesting. I'm past the expiration time now, but haven't been out to the car, so it's all still the same reporting for me so far.

Well, I’m no expert on these things, but perhaps you should stop safely as soon as you can? Then maybe ask a bunch of random people on the internet what to do? ????
