The reservation numbers are not necessarily sequential (timestamp is more important anyway), but I think you may be slightly ahead of me. I'm at 1000439x.
How do you know what the timestamp is? Is it on the email they sent with the reservation number?

I don't see it on my confirmation email which I got from Ford at 9:58 PM Eastern. So that's about as close as I can guess since I don't have access to the Ford reservation records.

I'm hoping that there have been enough FE cancellations to open up a few spots. And that Ford would offer those FE spots up first to the earliest timestamped reservation holders and work their way down the list from there. I hope we'll get more details by the middle of next week to give us about week to decide and consider our choices before going online to put in our orders. Though getting more order process details by June 15th would be better (we'll see)!!

OK, I am just three minutes ahead of you then at 9:55 when I got my email.

When I do convert to an order, I may change from infinite blue to rapid red.

Something else that impacts my decision is what the future looks like for me. I’m in a corporate position and currently working from home. There are rumors that our corporate hub may decrease the number of people onsite for the long term and shift more individuals towards permanent remote work. If I end up working from home full-time, the amount I drive would drop dramatically (I was driving 18k miles a year and would probably end up driving less than 5k a year, working from home). At that point, I’m not sure if it would be worth it to me to drive a ~$55k (after incentives and taxes) Automobile.
I am in a somewhat similar position. All indications are right now, we are stuck WFH for the rest of 2020. Since mid-march, I've put a whopping 100 miles on my current car. Kind of makes an almost-$60k car not worth it, especially since there is a paid-off car currently sitting idle in my garage. And, I'm not convinced the rounds of layoffs are all complete yet.

I am ready to buy now. But since I am unable to see the car before hand I would need some sort of security. Refundable deposit and/or full refund within some reasonable time frame etc...

Since yours is an FE reservation like mine, the only way you'll see the colors in person before conversion will be on cars in Ford lots or on the open road. Conversion is in less than two weeks, especially for FEs. You're unlikely to see two MMEs in a car lot before delivery and that would have to be a special event with prototypes.
True. Not a problem at all. I think I will be happy with either. I was thinking of going out of my comfort zone with a weird blue color. I'm not really sure what Grabber Blue is but it looks light. I would have preferred very dark dark blue.

And I really hope your opinion that conversions take place in two weeks. I am ready to get to the next phase. Keeping positive thoughts...???

I hope things work out for you as well as benboy12. Like many folks, I have been WFH since early March. My company issued that directive before NYS. With that my COMMUTE mileage will be down from 10K to about 2K if i decide to go in 2 days per week. However, that said, I plan to increase my leisure miles visiting family and friends and especially to take advantage of enjoying the heck out of the Mach E,.

I dont think you can extrapolate the covid effect lasting beyond a vaccine or effective treatment. When forced into a corner employers will allow wfh over no work, but over time many employers will revert to the position that people dont actually work as hard when unsupervised. I was already wfh 2 days a week, but i dont see them allowing me to go more than 3 days a week at home. I doubt most employers will go for more than 1 a week

That's strange. Reservered a Rapid Red FE. My reservation #4155, but my confirmation email from Ford was sent at 10:47 PM eastern. I placed my order as soon as the site allowed. I still trying to decide which dealer. My choice isn't set up for bev's yet. Their main dealership in RI is. I'm checking out the other nearby dealers in Mass tomorrow.

I will probably change the battery to ER, otherwise keeping everything the same (AWD, Blue, Premium).

Having reached less than 2 weeks before conversion, I emailed my dealer on the 10th with a few simple questions:

1) Who is your Mustang Mach E specialist? Hopefully, they are keeping up with all the news on the Mach E.
2) Will you be honoring X-plan pricing?
3) Do you intend to charge ADM on top of the price?

Still awaiting a reply.

It’s sad, but I wouldn’t be shocked if the dealership couldn’t answer these questions.
