Ford Mustang Mach-E Poll - How do you take cosmetic care of your Mach-E? 8E2E7BE7-F6FD-40DC-81B2-F3E9469C68C7
Foam Canon with two bucket wash, blow dry (dedicated leaf blower) with a microfiber towel light dry finish to avoid water spots.
MachE is cermic coated over the vinyl wrap.
And now … I know I need to wash my boy. He’s very very dirty right now.

It’s a generic one off Amazon - It was $18 but they not longer have the specific one.
I also have a small sunjoe pressure washer, stub pistol grip handle, and 50’ hose - which helps when using the foam cannon.

** found it - it’s just bundled with the stubby pistol grip now - Amazon link below -

For those that opted for the “partial hood” PPF, is it noticeable? Like can I see a distinctive horizontal line on my hood? It’s way cheaper to do a partial front PPF but I’m worried how it would look
Even if I told tou my hood had it on it about 1/4 you couldnt tell

What is the best and easiest to apply ceramic? Don't have the money to have a professional done ceramic. I just want to wash my car. But instead of using wax try to use ceramic for first time.

The 1/3 PPF hood line drives me nuts! Would do full hood next time.

It depends on where you’re standing relative to the line and which side the light source is on. Mine is the thickest PPF available. I don’t mind it at all. Doing a full hood PPF would have cost me another $1,500 that I wasn’t willing to spend. I opted to do the side mirrors and wheelhouse black trim instead.

For a first-time DIY ceramic, I highly recommend Gyeon's Cancoat Evo:

https://gyeon.co/product/cancoat-evo/

Car detailing is a hobby of mine and I am a member of an online detailing forum called Autogeekonline.net. There are mostly professional detailers on this forum and I asked a similar question a few months back. The ceramic coating "guru" of the site personally recommended Gyeon Cancoat Evo for a super easy, first time DIY coating.

One of the harder parts of applying a coating is judging how long to let it dwell and flash before you wipe it off. With Cancoat Evo, there is no waiting at all. You literally wipe it on and immediately wipe it off. Because you don't have to wait at all, you can get around the entire car very quickly. Plus, if you don't have a garage or carport, Gyeon says Cancoat Evo can be applied outside.

With Gyeon Cancoat Evo, the gloss and water-beading are truly amazing.

Ceramic and PPF front and full hood. Also $35 a month for 1-wash-a-day subscription to touchless car wash (multiple locations around town...I can run any car through once a day...just has to be with me/my phone). Someone at work said to me recently "is your car EVER dirty"?

1 wash/day in CO? I wash ~1wash/month. This year w/ greater than normal snow pack, perhaps twice/month for three months. Car(s) are almost always clean. California car duster makes the difference. No, it does not do any damage (perhaps, if you have inferior paint and/or w/o PPF &/or ceramic).
