Just got 6.8 yesterday and today found my only annoying quirk! previously my seatbelt warding dinger only dinged 6 times on my trip from the gate to the garage and now it dings nonstop!
yes I could put my seatbelt on to stop the dinging but I am on my own property with no traffic so I have had a habit of not buckling up after collecting the mail when entering the gate.

OK. And just to cover everything, you have all USB and OBD2 port devices unplugged (including cables)? J1772 unplugged? And are manually turning the headlights off before starting the update?
Lightning owner here but I have half ownership of son's Mach-E. I'm in the same boat getting my 6.8 to install. Tried 12V chargers, etc and yesterday spent 6 hours doing the Blower Charge method (6 hours to go from 88 to 97%). Still failed. I tried twice just in case I missed a step. @rugedraw checked Ford PTS and same error codes (204 and 32) both times. Here is the error reformatted for the second attempt (SOC had dropped to 92):

Error Code:
- Inhibit Required HV Not Qualified LV Low (204) [My HV SOC was 82%]
- Projected LV SOC: Insufficient 12V Battery (32)
Total LV Battery Capacity: 20 [units??, maybe Amp-hours?]
Current LV Battery Data Quality: OK
Current LV Battery Voltage: 12
Current LV Battery SOC: 92
Current LV Battery Temperature: 23 [73F]
Dynamic Post Update SOC Threshold: 35
Estimated Time To Activate: 420 [7 minutes]
Estimated Time Including Rollback: 750 [12.5 minutes]
Current Drain Rate: 50 [units per hour?]
Capacity Needed For OTA: 10 [is the amount the OTA will use?]
Adjusted Available LV Battery Capacity: 16
Projected Post OTA LV Capacity: 6

My interpretation: Even though my SOC is 92%, it is estimated to be below the Threshold of 35% post OTA. This was determined by my capacity being only 20 [units??] but adjusted to 16 and dropping to 6 after OTA since I need 10 for the OTA (16-10=6).
If the drain rate is 50/hour, then 12.5 minutes of drain = 10 units so maybe that matches.

Appreciate any thoughts. VIN is 1FT6W1EV5NWG10547

Yeah it’s failing because your battery capacity is too low. Only 20 Ah vs. 35 new. Suggest 12V replacement.

Your drain rate of 50 mA is too high as well, you may have a parasitic draw from something wired in or an OBD accessory. Recommend removing whatever it is since it may have contributed to battery health decline.

Yes, I have seen that 50 mA drain rate when I have plugged in my BT dongle and used Car Scanner. But I don't keep the dongle plugged in. No dashcams or USB chargers. The only other thing is the BM2 battery monitor but it drew 2 mA.

I'll email dealer, maybe they can diagnose/replace with mobile service. Thanks!

Following up for @Mach-Lee here with my issue.

Did everything this morning. Did my 2 hour drive this morning and am now seeing this in my update screen.

Additional thoughts or is it time to use my EAP contacts for further help? Ty!

Apologies, it's not letting me upload from mobile. It is giving a "Not Complete" message and the update is greyed out

Yes, so leaving the OBD device plugged in when not in use can cause an increased drain. BM2 battery monitor also would draw something, hopefully not more than 10 mA. And hopefully you have it properly connected to a body ground (don't put anything on the negative battery terminal).

Sometimes excessive welcome lighting activation can also push the quiescent current up higher as well. In that case, move the fobs further away or disable Bluetooth/quit FordPass on your PAAK.

Your OTA failed for the last time and expired. You could try a 12V reset. The OTA may pop up again in another week or two for another attempt.

Yeah, we did that this morning. What a bummer. If it pops up and fails again I will contact OTA I guess. Thanks for your help and enjoy your weekend.

I often wonder about this. I use PAAK and it seems like my truck is always waking up or making clicking noises - phone is typically about 15-20 feet away with a wall in between.

And yes BM2 connected downstream of BMS. I checked it with a VOM and it draws 1.5 - 2 mA. I've removed it. Right now I have the truck on my bench power supply at 13.6 volts. Do you think a recondition (using your thread) could restore the battery capacity at this point?

You can leave it on the 13.7V for 24-48 hours (longer is better), then reset the BMS, park it for 8 hours, and see if that helps. It's not super great to reset BMS on a battery that's already potentially failing, but it would be kinda experimental to see if the capacity was restored by the reconditioning. It could fix it. Worse case it goes dead before auto recharge kicks in so have a contingency plan (jumper cables or Lithium jump pack in your rescue vehicle).

Side note and something new I just noticed as this is the first time I have charged since the nameless power up installed and 6.8 popped up. My mobile charger won't charge to anything but 100. Deleted my home profile and refreshed it. Changed percentage in the app but still will only to 100. Don't know if related to my issues but weird software gnomes none the less.
Set it from the car, not the app, see if that works.

I have a 2023 RWD premium in EAP, car is currently installing PowerUp 6.8.0. I didn’t take screenshot of release notes but it appears to be an IPC update if we are to believe Ford is getting better at accurate release notes. It is an inhibit update, will get screenshot when it’s finished.

I just got this f'n update last night and now my speedometer is no longer centered. WTH!? I don't want the car in the center. I want to see my speed front and center. Is there a way to fix this?
