Quick update, I received a call from the dealership this afternoon and they told me it was fixed and they are dropping it off where I am staying tomorrow morning. I will post the details of what was found and how it was fixed tomorrow.

My Mach was back from the dealer and fixed within 24 hours. The report they gave me was not printed out correctly so I will attempt to recreate here. What I write below is verbatim from dealer report.

Cause performed BCE test, has 23 different communication DTCs, all modules with DTCs has a common connector (C248) removed left kick panels and separated and cleaned and applied electric grease to C248, C299, C263. cleared DTcs and all cleared accept U0100-GSM-lost communication with PCM, and U0103-SOBDMC-lost communication with GSM

Correction performed pinpoint test BH (attached), results of pinpoint test was to reprogram the GSM and the SOBDMC, when doing so the FDRS automatically als programed the BECM, SOBDMB, SOBDM, PCM, ABS, after reprogramming the DTCs cleared, performed final quick test, OK post repair road test OK

Sounds like they greased the ball bearings.

Good experience with Jacky Jones Ford in Sweetwater TN

After 6000 miles, mine had this problem this morning as well. First issue so far. Taking it into the shop this afternoon after work. I wonder if an updated failed somewhere along the way.
Did you get this sorted?
Same thing happened to me today. Car works fine, though. Will contact dealer tomorrow.

Error fixed with dealer upgrading GSM (gear shift module). There was a TSB for it (21-2247?)

Glad to hear the update fixed it.
Forum and Google searches didn't yield any details on TSB 21-2247. @breeves002 did you post this one and I'm just not finding it?

I do not see any related TSB for this. I looked through all 2021 MME TSBs and none are related. No 21-2247 exists.

I did just notice that @Tyldum is in Europe. Do you have access to Euro TSBs also, or just NA?
At least I feel better that it wasn't just me that couldn't find it. ;)

If I can get a European VIN I can look.

Here's the process as I understand it. Service department looks at codes, downloads some updates, clears fault, does a self check, says no problem and returns the car. This has happened to me on Oct 30 and Nov 11. They are not going to see a new fault code in the few minutes they perform service. "Looks good to me!"

In my case clearing the codes didn't help (I did that myself first). They spent 2 days upgrading most if not all modules a couple of weeks ago.
Not sure if the GSM was done then, but there was a new version now with a TSB about losing connection.

Since it matched the TSB I had to sign the work order for them to get the work covered by Ford.
