So this is a new one for me:
Nice spring day today. Took a drive at lunch. Returning home, I pulled into the garage, shut off the car, and prepared to get out. All seemed normal.
I opened the driver door to exit, and at the precise moment when I pulled the driver door lever, simultaneously BOTH the frunk and trunk popped open on their own.
It is an extremely weird sensation to hear the click-whirr of the trunk opening AND the extended clunk-triple-pop of the frunk release at the same time, as your driver door swings open.
At that moment I was of course still sitting in the car, with one of my hands on the inside door handle and the other holding the top of the steering wheel. I hadn't interacted with the screen for several minutes before parking. The only controls I touched during or after parking (aside from the wheel, accel, and brake) were the gear selector, vehicle power switch, and driver's side door unlock button. I didn't accidentally hit or brush against anything on the way out - not that that would have explained the situation anyway.
Has anyone else filled this square on their Mach E surprise-feature bingo card?
