I had this problem once. I’m not suggesting you have to wipe your computer but since I was using an old Windows machine that I didn't use for anything else, I wiped it and that resolved this issue.

Warning: you have to deactivate the FDRS license before you wipe or you won't be able to activate the license again.

I suspected it was something leftover from either an antivirus or some other program causing the issue. I triple checked Windows firewall and that didn't seem to be the issue. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

FYI it's server maintenance window (Saturday and Sunday night) so FDRS may randomly fail during these times.
