I do get an warning, does anyone know what to do with it ?

The explanation: "
A GVMS Warning exists which may result in FDRS not offering necessary apps. To remove the warning associated to the module you are working on, select the module to open a case. Status can be viewed on the PTS "As Built Assistance Request Status" page. "
It means Ford is blocking your ability to update your IPMA right now...whether or not you have an actual IPMA update available or not. I had the same thing on my GWM...but didn't have a GWM update showing to program anyway. The GVMS block on my GWM has now been lifted...but I still don't have a GWM update available to program.....so it's a moot point.

@Arjan...maybe you folks in the EU/UK are logging on to a different server from there?

I dunno really, there is no option to select anything when logging in. So no I do not think so

How did you pull up this diagnostic page?
It is almost the same procedure as resetting the sync screen. But now you use the volume up I believe

Is the block for technical reasons?

Well that's a reasonable suspicion.

The fact that I had a GVMS block a few days ago...and now I don't....but now that the block is gone I don't have an available GWM update anyway...who knows?

I didn’t know there was a problem with some not being able to log in. I’ve been out of town for 8 days and when I got home yesterday I logged in to check for updates and had no issues. There wasn’t any updates listed. I had updated everything that was listed before I left. Is not being able to log in wide spread or just a few have had issues?

It has been a pain for me. It does not accept my password. I have to select “reset password”, change my password (to my existing password), enter the code I receive via email, and select request token again. Then it lets me in. I also have been getting the stack overflow message. FDRS also crashed after it completed the CMR update (while verifying I think). I had no crashes before then, and no crashes on the modules I did after.

Not exactly smooth sailing for the past week :)

I spoke to "Ben" at the FDRS Independent Operator helpdesk twice this week and it is widespread. They have elevated to Ford, and yesterday during that conversation Ben said that the email they received back said they are working on it but have no ETA for a fix.

Ford employee logins are not affected apparently.

I should have added...Ben says that it's on Ford's end. If you were using 40.4.5 last weekend....and it was working...and then suddenly on late Monday or Tuesday morning you get a "Stack overflow on Line 1" error and the Sign In button doesn't do anything...then obviously it wasn't anything in FDRS that wasn't working...something changed on Ford's login server process that broke it for Independents.

I’ve been out of town until Thursday. Yesterday morning I logged in to check for updates and I had no issues. I am running 40.4.5 as I updated to that version just before I left town. I have to log in later this morning when I get a chance to recalibrate my suspension height as I just changed out my wheels and tires and they are slightly taller than what I previously had on. Probably doesn’t make too much of a difference as it’s only 3/8” but I always recalibrate every time I mess with the suspension in any way.
