So for those thinking of getting a license...I cannot login using FDRS 40.4.5 this morning.

I had trouble starting on the 13th but managed to get by...but no longer.

I get this "Stack overflow on Line 1" before the login dialog box shows up:

And after clicking OK it does display the login dialog...but entering your credentials and clicking the "Sign In" button results in a momentary flashing of the button and then...nothing.

I tried the old trick of spamming the Sign In button and then hitting the "Create Account" button instead like I had to do two months ago...and also selecting the "Privacy Settings" link at the bottom and then hitting the backspace key to return to the login page... (those tricks used to work).....but sadly that's not happening today.

Also, another clue....the "License" button is "Green" indicating I have a valid license.....but if I select to "Return" the license because I'm thinking of transferring it to another computer...it tells me it can't find my license in the "trusted storage" and to call Rotunda tech support.

So I called Rotunda....and that nice lady gave me the FDRS Tech Support phone number specifically for Independent Operators like we all are....(888-354-7558).

I called and got a nice guy who listened to all of my symptoms and then said..."We know. It's happening to everybody."

"We have tried everything we know and nothing has worked...and we now have escalated this to Ford. We don't know when this will be fixed....but the fix should result in a new version of FDRS being released whenever that happens."

So if you're thinking of getting license for the weekend...I think I'd wait.

Ford wide? My FP was logged out this morning. Can’t login. Page won’t even load to try and login.

I was having this problem over the weekend. I would have to go through the password reset process putting in my same old password, and the second time request code appeared (after I entered my “new” password), it let me log in.

QQ: I don’t have the B&O amp installed anymore. In the DTC’s, it says no communication with Audio Control Module “D. I want to make sure that is referring to the B&O amp, and conform that the installers did not disconnect the ACM itself. Does anyone know?

Well it's my understanding the ACM is the actual radio module. So does the radio work?

ACM is the Audio Control Module for the radio and it also has a three channel amp for the center speaker and the two dash tweeters. The DSP is the B&O amp powering the rest of the speakers.

Thanks. I totally understand that. I don’t use the ACM to power the front speakers. The question was about the reference to “Audio Control Module D” in the FDRS DTCs. Is it a reference to the ACM or the DSP/amp?

What was the DTC? Was it U0238? I am pretty sure it is in reference to the ACM but it could be stating the ACM no longer has communication with the DSP.

These are the codes. You can ignore them. It is going to report them forever since you went with aftermarket goodies. The car is saying the ACM can't talk to the APIM or the DSP.

It works. I don’t get propulsion sounds or the theme song when you get in the car or shut it down though.

So i guess i can flash after all today

I do get an warning, does anyone know what to do with it ?

A GVMS Warning exists which may result in FDRS not offering necessary apps. To remove the warning associated to the module you are working on, select the module to open a case. Status can be viewed on the PTS "As Built Assistance Request Status" page. "

I still get the "Stack overflow error on Line 1" and then a "Sign In" button that doesn't want to let me in afterward.

Yesterday afternoon I got the same error...and then unexpectedly 3-5 seconds later it let me in...so I left FDRS running on the laptop so it would still be up this morning. It didn't want to let me log back in this morning when I checked a VIN...but after entering my email and password twice it did. Since I left it running overnight the little notification bell thing at the top said I had 50 notifications. But when I clicked it to see what the notification page said...it was the same thing it's been saying for weeks now.
