I guarantee you it's not a hardware problem. Your Premium ER AWD has all the necessary hardware. It must be a regional restriction. You'd need to call Ford to find out why you can't get BC there.

So I was thinking and reading somewhere to get it after the update.
But no. ?????

It has to do with the fact that tool only works on really old software. Once you are past software from like 2 years ago, it won't work

Does your car have the bluecruise hardware? If you don't have the camera bar on the steering column then you can't turn on BC.

have received OTA 6.14.0 some weeks ago.
No bluecruise!
Now everything updated with FDRS.
No bluecruise.
Unbelievable disappointing

I have a US car that was imported outside the US, and don't have a us-issues credit card.

If BC is available in your country, all I would need is the VIN of another Mach E that has it working so I can compare the config in the IPMA to yours. I'm traveling, so not sure when I'd be able to get back to you, but if you can get the VIN of another car, I can try and help you get it activated. In other countries, it is hit or miss with these things.

No idea. I don't know why it wouldn't work though. It's a world-wide service.

I have read most of this thread but all 379 pages are tough. Is there a recent consensus on the most cost effective OBD J2534 option and 12V power supply? I have a RWD car, do I really need a full 50A capable supply or would 30A be enough, etc? Now that my 2021 is out of warranty and OTAs have stalled since 6.14.0 I'm ready to dive in and bring this thing up to date.
