I wish I could say that someone at Ford would put on their adult pants and make this right, but I have not seen any sign of that in the almost a year I've been watching this. I know we have a couple of dealer-related people on this forum. Perhaps they can get Ford corporate involved. It's beyond time to make it right with this customer.
