That is the site, so hopefully they will fix it soon. I have heard of it going down every once and a while. It always worked for me, however.

I coded this tracker which pulls up build specs, photos, production status, ship/transit info, window sticker, etc. on your Mach-E :

Mach-E Order Tracker Tool [Enter VIN + Order #]

If you have your VIN, it will give you your options and more informations like status and dates.

The link didn't work for me. I have the VIN # and based on PALSAPP my MME is someplace in Missouri as of yesterday. Why would it take four weeks to reach NJ from Missouri I don't know.

That link also doesn’t work for me. The shop ford link told me today that my 2021 Premium rear wheel drive has been built with a delivery date of 1.21.2022. I have not received an email from Ford confirming the build. The United Road link acknowledges the car‘s existence with a load number and the name of the dealer.

Shop.ford.com order tracking is down again this morning. Returns " Session has expired, please refresh your page. " and after clearing cookies for shop.ford.com returns " We're sorry. We are unable to process this Order. Please enter a valid Ford Order/VIN. "

Ford lied. It went back to still in production. Looking at the various non-Ford links, it appears to be in KC or maybe not. Who knows?

Same thing for me. It pulls my window sticker though…

I’m having all kinds of issues tracking my order though. The ford tracking site can’t find my order number but if I go to my Ford account reservations, it shows that it’s in production.
This order process is garbage.

How long from VIN to window sticker? I got my VIN two weeks ago, scheduled for production 2/7 and also pulling up a model T and no window sticker yet. Thanks!

My VIN was given when the production date was provided. The window sticker popped up about a week before production.

From what I have seen posted in the forum over the past year, this sounds about normal.

As a side note to this, I just got my email today that my GT has been built. I refuse to get my hopes up as we know there is still other reasons the delay could happen before I take delivery, but it was a nice way to start the day regardless.

Here has been my timeline:
- Ordered 10/27/2021 DMG GT (no pano roof as I decided against BlueCruise)
- Accepted 10/27/2021 by Ford with email
- Production date of 1/24/2022 given on 12/24/2021 with VIN
- Actual production (per the website if you are to believe) began 1/19/2022 w/window sticker given about a week before this
- Built 1/28/2022 email provided
- Estimated delivery (per the email) between 2/14/2022 -2/20/2022

We will see where it goes from here, as the original time period was 28+ weeks when ordered, as we are dramatically under that at this time....
