Whats the betting they do what all dealers do - give you half a litre of diesel or in the mustangs case 10kw of charge just enough for you to limp home and leave on charge all day. Don't worry they won't have a great day

I swear if I hear ‘please bear with us this is new to us’ again I’m going to friggin lose it. I’d like to give them your contacts who may be able to tell them how to do whatever it is they’re supposed to do. Thanks and please post pics when you pick up your babies.

On the official Ford pre delivery check list I think it had "charge to full" or similar on it.

I'd get down there and ask what's going on?

And offer assistance. Perhaps the charging cable is missing and it's on urgent order?

Yep currently researching Polstar 2, i-pace, xc40 price and availability.

I should be taking delivery of my Mach E in the next ten days, so I’m not shopping around. I am curious as to how your looking at alternatives went. At various times in the Ford “process” I’ve become frustrated and looked around. Luckily for Ford the current and imminent alternatives usually leave me cold in comparison to the Mach E unless I start to look at spending a huge amount more for a Model S, top end etron or a Porsche…. The others are usually lacking in two or more of looks, spec, range, performance or handling.

It’s the same for me, they haven’t even contacted me to say it’s there, unbeknown to them my FordPass app is connected ?

So despite all the cars getting shipped over to UK recently, the only two cars getting picked up are the ones above. great that it’s a couple of us who ordered over 16 months ago and have been major contributors to the forum. What about the rest of us though who ordered at the same time? Because we haven’t been as vocal or contacted Ford as much, we drop down the list? The whole things a farce. Total and utter farce.

Got to remember that for those of us in Scotland there’s an additional delay as Scotland is so far away from Dagenham….?
