Had the same yesterday - uninstalled and reinstalled the app (iOS) and was ok after that - working fine now
I have had my RWD extended range for 3 weeks and when I picked it up it was 353 miles at 100% - lucky if I now get 315 - did yours improve ?
I've done 800 miles+ and reset the trip info and I'm also showing 315 miles. I've been getting 3.7 miles/kwh so far, so quite happy with that.
Mine has been fine. I use a zappi 2 with scheduled boost and the car set to 90%, but I don’t use the car schedule as the zappi does this for me. Not that it helps you but it’s information all the same.
I am thinking of getting a Zappi, but couldn’t warranty the cost, as the property already had a Rolec dum charger and thought the cars scheduling would be enough. Not Switched to Ocupus Go as yet because of the unreliability of the scheduling.
Out of interest, can you set the boost without the MyEnergi hub?
Kind of. I set the boost for my octopus go faster in the app which then tells the zappi via the hub. It’s worked flawlessly for me. I plug it in at 20:30 and it charges until 01:30. Normally I don’t need all that time so I get a notification from Ford pass saying charging complete.
Had the same issue. All good for the fist few weeks then went crazy and refused to charge at the time I set.
Podpoint ? Mine failed when the cable didn't lock in and thus moved out by a tiny amount from the socket. Make sure it is definitely in.
Thank you I am just at 1000 miles and also very happy - do we know why it doesn’t charge to a higher mileage rate - I get the mileage will vary depending on driving and conditions but not sure why the mileage is dropping and not showing a higher available distance - what do you mean reset the trip info - why ?
