Apologies my mistake
Ship date is 26th Jan both on tracker and on Vista. Gate release date was 25th Jan so the day before. And yes, it's my business partners car. My own car is still showing as "in production" on the tracker and "assembly offline" both with a date of 10th Dec on tracker and in Vista respectively
looks like there could be a connection in those dates then. ship is one day after gate release.

Can we mere mortals access the dealer Vista system? If so - how? I am so frustrated that my car ordered in December 2019 is still showing as In Order Processing on the Tracker. Perhaps it will show as something different on Vista or is that just a pipe dream?
The only way you will get any info from vista is by going via your dealer. He is the only one that can gain access. Even Rebecca's team doesn't have access. It is dealer specific.

Do you have a ship date?
No, everything else seems to have remained the same.
It does say Transit Date 03 which I don’t remember before.
ETA end date is still 1990. I’m just taking the info with a pinch of salt. It’s a bit like peering into a crystal ball!?

Hi Graham, unfortunately us mortals cannot it is dealer access only. From previous posts apparently the Mach E Concierge also cannot access it!

My dealer has been kind enough to send screenshots from Vista that he has access to for myself and my business partner when he confirmed our orders.

And yes. Vista should have more detail. For example my previous cancelled order still shows as "in order processing" on the VIN tracker but Vista showed a planned build date of 14th Feb

Thanks for the info Coolcatshaft. I'll get onto my dealer, Haynes of Maidstone, and get them to check. Cheers. Graham

I think someone said transit date 03 is the number of days to get to port. I'm also 03.

Got my charging card today :) . My Primary Status on the tracker is still "In Order Processing" with no other dates. Seems the First Editions are being held back for some reason, despite my Pre-Order was one of the earliest placed on 18/11/2019! My dealer told me today Vista was showing production estimated at 06/03/2021 (10 days ago was 01/03/2021) so will definitely miss the February boats!

Like most of you the long wait has taken the shine off things. Now considering saving £9,950 by switching to a RWD ER in Rapid Red and getting 379 miles range vs 335 miles with the FE. Don't think the AWD is really worth the extra £10k, especially since I will probably retire from working by the time I get the car (and therefore do less mileage) and don't need AWD where I live. Do like the red brake calipers on the FE though, but I'm sure alloy covers will be available as an after market. The rest, 18" vs 19" wheels, adaptive headlamps, body colour wheel arches, blade front grille, FE logo on step plate, etc, are mainly cosmetic and I can live without. The only thing holding me back is having to wait further for another order and whether the RWD handling and ride will be as good as the AWD ER reviews I've seen. Anyone else with an FE order feel this way?
I pre-ordered a Grabber Blue FE on the 18/11/19 as well. I also ordered a Carbonised Grey RWD ER when I found out how long I would have to wait for the FE. Believe it or not, the RWD is scheduled to arrive earlier even though I didn't pre-order it and confirmed the orders week after I confirmed the FE order!

Likely that someone in my office will take the RWD off my hands.

Really love the colour of the Grabber Blue FE and, as a regular Sports Car driver would like the extra poke in the AWD. I think the AWD also has the colour selection interior cabin lighting (from memory).

I will make the decision once I have production dates confirmed and the status switches to in production on the 2nd Car. I don't think any dealer will penalise you for cancelling as I think, once the cars are here, there will be no problem in shifting any physical cancelled orders.

Wiki for new UK Users:

So in light of all the fresh users we have recently acquired, and in light of the slightly flabby thread that we have created here, I have created a UK specific Wiki in which I am uploading all the good stuff that has been splattered across the 2,400 posts in this thread.

Link:
https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/uk-specific-wiki.3093/

Please try and keep the conversation in this thread here so that the above Wiki doesn't drown in chat ?
Hi I allow me to copy the concept with a Norwegian specific Wiki, as we have slightly different layouts, VIN and order pages and more. We are up in 34 registered Norwegian cars, and the statistics are starting to look like something ...
It is pre-reserved up to 4000 cars, so we cover approx. 1%, many are also ordered by the dealer, and through the dealer.
Car delivery and tracking are hot topics these days, no wonder ... - a little fun too, that "no nerds" hang on and follow their Ford delivery ...
