I just got the 10-14 week email as well, even though when I checked the tracker over a month ago it said it was in transit, hoping the tracker was correct and this is has just been sent out late ??

Have just got the same ‘on the way email’. I think the 10-14 weeks is taking a leaf from Scotty from Star Trek’s book.

Makes them look good when it arrives earlier!?. They need all the plusses they can get at the moment...

Hannah told me mine was due mid May and was on the Immacolata. I take it that everyone who got that email is on the same ship?

I just got the email too, and my Ford Pass app sent a notification to set up my profile (even tho I’ve done that previously).

I’m on the Gral. San Martin apparently, but given Hannah’s comment about not all cars being scanned on ships and the impact on their systems, makes me even more sceptical!

I have also received the 'on the way' email stating 10-14 weeks.
Lets see if comms improve as the cars progress through prep including bolt tightening and other tweaks...

Taking in the regular "Ford Delay", your status should show "in transit " by the time you take delivery ?
