@davkd there does seem to be some cars like yours and @portlandg and @SteveUk which are not showing any updates on ETIS or F12 network xhr method. God knows why, but as Grahame has had it confirmed via his dealer that his car has gone through QA I wouldn't worry too much if no updates are showing for yours. Thanks Jon, this is the post I was using to get my information.
Fingers crossed for you. Next 2 ships scheduled to leave are MSC IMMACOLATA (9/5) and Grande New Jersey (17/5). Hopefully your car will be on one of those. The only issue could be the microchip shortage may cause a delay, but I did hear that Ford were diverting chips from other production lines to keep the MME goingMy car is being built today, according to my dealer and the tracking has turned to in production (it changed Friday) not sure how long before it will actually be on any form of ship tho.
Brilliant, thanks for your help as always! Let’s hope 9/5 fingers crossed!Fingers crossed for you. Next 2 ships scheduled to leave are MSC IMMACOLATA (9/5) and Grande New Jersey (17/5). Call me a cynic (you're a cynic!) but I would take anything your dealer says with a pinch of salt. Mine has to go to his boss for a Vista update which is at least a week behind where we are with ETIS or F12 data.@davkd there does seem to be some cars like yours and @portlandg and @SteveUk which are not showing any updates on ETIS or F12 network xhr method. It's probably another 1 week lag for Ford system updates.I’ve just checked your ETIS for you and still showing 08-12-2020![]()
It should just be a VIN enter as per the original post.... but you have a special VIN perhaps. You need to click on "View PTI Information" and expand the section "PTI related Electronic Control Units Installed on this VIN" to see the software module dates. Thanks but how can you get on when I can't. You using one of those back door thingymagibs.
At least yours responds - mine has decided to go quiet whenever I ask him to confirm the status of the £3k grant!! I've asked for confirmation twice now and no response, despite other emails from him inviting me to test drive!Call me a cynic (you're a cynic!) but I would take anything your dealer says with a pinch of salt. It's in the nature of a car salesman to say exactly what he or she thinks you want to hear.
What's puzzling is that our dealer (I wont mention names) checked mine on Vista and thought mine had done the QC but when I check those dates like you, it's now showing.Well, mine is still showing 27-11-2020 so it would appear mine has not gone through QA checks yet?
You should be able to get a confirmation for this from Hannah and the concierge. You're a cynic ?. Yes I've seen messages from the concierge, so I'm not worried about actually getting it - it would just be nice to see my dealer informed enough to be able to confirm it themselves - too much to ask I guess! You should be able to get a confirmation for this from Hannah and the concierge. That is exactly what I did. I have used the etis website before. You used to be able to input your VIN and get a full spec breakdown of what you had ordered but that stopped 3 or 4 years ago. It is also good to keep up to date on recalls. They usually appear on there before your dealer gets them. A couple of times I have been to my dealer to book it in for a recall before he has been told. Anyway, the post that your reply was to was the fact that I couldn't get onto the website and NOT the PTI page. The website at the time said it was unavailable because it was "busy"It should just be a VIN enter as per the original post.... but you have a special VIN perhaps.
