Yeah but it must be the same drivers doing it all the time and getting away with it. once they find out the tyres are flat they know they have upset an EV driver for parking where they should not.

Not sure if you will have seen the following on YouTube



Basically if you press and hold the Volume Down and Skip Back button for 10 seconds or so (when on a non-settings view on the Main Screen) a Diagnostic Screen comes up ?

It sounded very interesting but in reality (at least on my MME) it didn't really display much at all - but perhaps may be useful to know about ?

Do you REALLY think that they give a damn enough to go through them all. I doubt it. They are not going to say anything detrimental because it will jeopardise their future relationship with Ford.

Going back to the usual story, has anyone had any recent movement updates. my Tapps time has changed again this morning although my vehicle time has changed since the 18th of June, my car landed in Antwerp on the 9th June.

I've just been contacted by Emma Berg. Concerned about my concerns & wants kept updated. Good to know my grievance is being heard but fairly toothless response. I've responded to her with a catalogue of the issues & concerns the community have & she has since got back to me ensuring these will be passed to the right people. Let's see.

My tapps and vehicle date both updated this afternoon. Think im in the second stage of Antwerp and have been since 17th of June (those updates could be it being moved to the 3rd stage?) Currently scheduled for an end of July dealer ETA but thats looking unlikely IMO

Your're lucky. I sent her 3 emails pretty much saying the same months ago and she didn't even have the common decency to at least acknowledge them.

Just had my first vehicle alert on FordPass regarding a OTA.

Unfortunately it says ‘Update Failed. Ford will send the update again as soon as possible’.

Fingers crossed for you, genuinely. I know a few people have emailed and tweeted her, but not sure anyone got a response… so ??that it bodes well.
