Anyone having problems getting to the car detail screen on ford.co.uk?

Picked my car up from the dealers (Vospers Plymouth) this afternoon after they did the recalls and software update.
I left it with them on Monday and got a call late Tuesday afternoon to say it was ready.
The pano roof adhesion has been fixed and a new windscreen fitted plus the software update.
The car had been valeted in side and out and looked superb.
Had a good look and no evidence of them taking the headlining down. Good stuff!
They loaned me a Mach-E , an awd er model. But I was glad to get my RWD ER back. It feels much more up market inside with it's pale headlining and door pillars. I know that will surprise many but just my opinion.

Now we'll have to see if I get the 1.7.1 update without it sticking...

Just one thing upset me-
On the way to Plymouth from Bodmin I saw a Mach-E near Bodmin Parkway Station. First I've seen in Cornwall since September.

Anyone here responsible for breaking my Monopoly? ?

It was a Black 21 plate car. Hoping it was an Emmett visiting for easter ??

Not me, but I’m currently on holiday in cheddar and so far seen 2 MMEs (both black). One in wells, and one in Tesco car park in Shepton Mallet. Considering I live near Bristol and not seen one of them since I’ve had mine…I was very surprised.

Not me. Although officially a '21' it's on a '04' plate but mine was in getting my work done. Just been to have a look and a chat with the technician. All went well. He is just finishing off the headliner install. 2 update modules to do, valet then we should be good to go.

GOB and VMACS are two different tracking systems used by Ford, that’s why the dates seem to change independently.

The Antwerp phase feels like forever, we‘re about a ⅓rd of the way through it now. Lots of activity to come before we move on to Vlissingen and then Dagenham.… and remember the updates are sometimes delayed by 48hrs.

Just an update on this, my dealer has informed me this morning they have an ETA to dealer of 7th May, not sure how that stacks up with yours?

Hopefully it's not longer, you're right when you say the Antwerp phase is laborious ?!

That being said, on the wheresmymme site i have zero GOB or Status Codes, unlike you guys who have the VITR status etc... not filling me with confidence! haha.

Lots of models delivery times reduced today on Ford website today from 32 to 21 weeks - including my spec ordered on 21/3.....here's hoping!!

My ext range rwd ordered on 15th March 2022, dealer told me yesterday my car was now in Antwerp delivery to me was 14th May as now gone back to 28th May 2022
Still gives me more time to find a GT ???..

It’s because you have a shiny new car that was built more recently than most of those already on the road.

It’s been part of the factory installed software since July 2021. Those of us with earlier builds have to wait until July 2022 for a software update.

Success. Just collected my car. You would never know that it has had any work done apart from it being valeted. And what a fabulous job he has done. Even managed to polish out some of the scratches. Looks as if I have just collected a brand new car fresh out of the showroom. I know I'm biased, dealer is a 'friend' and I am a customer of nearly 40 years but even so you are only as good as your workers. Excellent job Chesil Beach Motors Weymouth & Portland.
