Interested in what trim conditioner you use to keep them looking good.

I’ve tried a couple of products but it’s always made them a bit slippery and I’ve had to wash it off again with detergent (I’m guessing there’s some silicone in the solution that’s causing that)

…so yeah super interested to know if there’s something that will do the job ?

It’s nowt special, it’s slippery when wet so you can either spray it on & leave it to dry or wipe as you use, smells like a tart’s boudoir…….apparently ? A Halfords special.

Picked up the courtesy car today, as mine goes in tomorrow for a visit....hope it's a looooong one!

Audi A5 Sportback S-Line......very nice, they can keep mine for as long as they like!!! Got a trip up north this week, so excited not to have to think about charging....

Got update from dealer and picking up the car next week.

Tried ordering the rubber mats but apparently they show "not available" in their system and no ETA either .

Does anyone know who I can report a Ford Sync navigation map error to on my July 21 Mach E on the latest update (including maps ) I am on 4.2.1.2

The A31 major roadworks finished over a year ago with regular diversions . The maps are still directing me onto a 7 mile + diversion route . I ignore this but then the screen comes up with a Blocked road message and is displayed until I clear it .
I live locally to the A31 but it always add the 7 mile diversion to the time and distance estimations and is annoying especially on longer journeys .
An annoyance which I would have thought would have been cleared by now through the updates

You could try www.here.com or the simple resolution is to do what I do, and have done in 2 Kuga's and my MME, is to use Android Auto. I find the display far better and traffic conditions etc far superior.

I haven't used stock navigation in any car for years - they just can't keep up with the pace of change from Google/Apple - Android Auto implementation on MME is top notch - enlarged display & fully wireless and as KeithDP said - it's vastly superior

Just to clarify with everyone , I do not use Android at all, I use Ford Sync maps most of the time followed by Apple Maps then very occasionally if i want a change Waze or google maps . My issue with the A31 roadworks is the only one i have ever and find the updates are usually ok.

Got another update (2023 vehicle) but now my SYNC is all messed up ? when i start the vehicle sync can't even start the radio station, just keeps waiting for it to boot up .... also navigation/trip stats. I do however am able to open menu but i couldn't find anything helpful there, tried restarting sync 4 times (on the steering wheel) to no avail. When i park and turn of the vehicle sync does not turn off fully? You can still see the screen is "on" even tho it's black (like when you turn on your PC screen without the rig being on). Weird, but i hope it fixes itself today, gonna leave it be for now.

In Ford pass i didn't get notification for power up update, but it says something about blue cruise.

Just as an update for those of you who don’t partake in the WhatsApp chat or the Facebook group - just thought I would share that Bumblebee is out of action for the next few months (yes months!)

I had a high voltage battery alert come up last week with a stop safely now, and stupidly I pulled over to see what was going on. As soon as the car was turned off it shut down to never be started again.

Roll on many many many hours (9 to be exact) on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere in the dark waiting for the AA to sort themselves out until a passing flatbed saw me and offered recovery back to dealership.

Dealer has done initial diagnostic and passed to Ford but unfortunately for some reason my 12V battery has had all its juice sucked out of it as well. So now the car is properly dead and the dealership can’t source a new 12V battery so they can’t continue HV works.

Best estimate is currently the New Year before I get car back.

Now driving a Volvo V90 (petrol) from Enterprise for this week until they can source an EV for the long term loan.

Ford CRC are being super helpful in trying to move things along a bit quicker, which is mega appreciated, but parts availability is what’s gonna drag this out long term.

It’s only been a week and I miss her terribly!

I feel your pain, mines in with the HV malarkey...but, love the replacement Audi A5 Sportback S-Line....50 quid to fill up, 455 miles range... no charging shenanigans..... hope mines in for a while!!
