Now to my absolute disbelief it happened again RIGHT BEFORE WORK. When i tell you my aggravation level is beyond its breaking point its crazy. I couldnt calm down enough to walk into the dealership that same day and get a rental because I feel like my frustration level was too much and its no ones fault at the dealership but jesus christ. $70,000 car and its the same issue. Not to mention my car was off the road for this issue 35+ days the first time and this same issue has happened AGAIN.
Now that Im done venting, this will as always be a FULL write up with my experience with this issue yet again.
Yesterday on 5/12/2022 I went to get into my car to go to work and the message popped up with stop safely now. This was at 12PM. Tow company gets dispatched only to be cancelled because someone at ford called him and said he cant tow it unless he has dollys (car was stuck in par, wheels turned and parking brake stuck on). A few hours later another tow company came (funny enough this was the same company and driver who towed it the first time). We got the car on, and was able to put it in tow mode to get it on the flatbed. It was then delivered to the service center where I specifically asked for Eric who dealt with my traction control issue the first time i ever brought the car to the dealer. Great follow up and communication.
Car is currently sitting at the dealer and Ive calmed down enough to be able to walk in there to get a rental that is NEVER comparable to my car but what can i do? ??ā
I then get a call from Ford within an hour saying I already have a case manager and she will be with me the whole process.
Ill keep you updated as time goes on but im telling you now, I see the issues others have and one day this car is going to get stuck in a dangerous spot broken down and with my kids i donāt feel safe driving it anymore. I mean if i cant even get the car into drive how do you expect me to trust it driving?
regardless, now that im done bitching, ill update you guys when the updates come along. Ill let you know the rental i get so this thread can be entertaining at least.
