Just wanted to update this post, we finally broke down and ordered a set of tires. Expected to be installed on Friday.

I will post a pic of the tread when they come off. As of right now mileage is at 72,844 so should be over 73k by the time they are replaced.

Makes me want to write to Michelin and send a picture as proof of how much life we got out of this first set. Looking forward to another 70k on this next set of tires!

Ordered from Tire rack to be delivered and installed by the dealer I work at, came out to 248 each with tax. Not too bad I suppose!
Awesome job taking care of the tires; that's fantastic mileage!

Glad to hear our sister company was able to get you taken care of, we appreciate your support!

I was frustrated I had to replace my OEM Michelin's at 23K miles. They did refund 50% of the purchase price of new Mich Primacy's but I would have gone with a different tire if that was not offered. Car is a 21 with 25K on it now.

Very interesting to hear. I wonder what is causing so many to go bad that fast? Just does not seem right coming from someone who has worked in the auto industry for over a decade, part of my time was at a tire shop as well. Just crazy they were ate up like that???

Based on the usage everyday the battery seems to be well still, however I do not have access to the computer to see. Never bought a tool to scan it and see the stats, but I am curious!

Thanks for sharing that one! I will look into it if they cannot pull the info on Friday, battery degradation will become more important as time goes on especially if the mileage starts dropping significantly.

That’s insane that you got 70,000 miles off your tires, do you do anything special, aside from rotating them I think you said every 7,500 miles?

No. Kept them at the recommended pressure, (38-40) roughly depending on the outside temps

That is mind boggling. The Michelin OEM set has a treadlife warranty of 55k. What tread depth were they at each time you have replaced them? What pressure are you running them at?
They were at their wear indicators and 39 psi

That is surprising, I am suspecting the climate has something to do with it. Possibly the type of pavement that is used is different out here as well. I am from Charleston, SC and roads are much different out here in Cali.

Great to hear you still love your MME Joey. ??

I purchased my MME from Joey because the dealer closest to my home is “The Dealer Who Shall Not Be Named” and Joey was on the forum and said that he doesn’t play those games (true!). Joey’s dealership is over an hour and a half from my house, so that might indicate how much I despise The Dealer Who Shall Not Be Named (same dealer sold several MMEs out from under the people who ordered them and waited nearly a year for them). ??

I haven’t blown up my HVBJB yet, but I have plans to do so this summer. ??

Hey thanks for the positive feedback. If you know anyone who is looking for a MachE or lightning please share my info with them! We are taking $2,000 off MSRP on top of the $2,000 ford is offering.

I currently have 4 on the ground and 8 in transit also have 13 scheduled between now and middle of June! We also have cancelled lightning orders as well! ?

You can get a cheap Veepeak OBD II on Amazon for like 14 bucks. I keep an old cell phone in the car to connect with to run Carscanner so it doesn't need my normal phone that I always have connected with Android Auto.
