I reserved a Premium AWD SR in December and converted to an order on 6/27. My res/order number is 31xxx. Since my build isn't scheduled yet, I would guess that a January build is the best I can hope for. But it could very well be into February or March.
You are probably right but given the recent schedule information its really not clear but Feb march is very likely

I am not sure what a MACHDROP is. I ordered mine with the dealer 5 minutes after the window opened nearly a year ago. What is funny is that my Corp pass app has not updated since the email. It still says contact your dealer.
I am in SoCal where my dealer Galpin has in excess of 100 plus orders
My order originally was going to be Galpin, but they were screwing around with the idea of accepting x-plan, so I switched. A week later they notified me they would accept, but a week too late for my business.

What dealer did you end up using? Mine is coming from Sunrise Ford in NoHo, dunno if they accept x-plan, I didn’t know it was a thing when I ordered (thank you forum, I’ve signed up to the Mustang Club of America).

I switched to Vista Ford in Woodland Hills.

I guess I'm going to have to tie the deer on top of the hood still. And to think I thought I could toss it in the Frunk!
Where I live the wife would be tied on the hood for the ride home and the deer would get a place of honor in the passenger seat. Can't take a risk of messing up that fresh meat.........

It is really looking less likely that no more than a few people, if that, will get 2020 deliveries. Sounds like everything has basically shifted 4-6 weeks forward. Even GT order conversion dates have moved well into 2021 now.
Hearing now that the plant is about 6 weeks behind the pre-COVID schedule. They have been shipping out advertising cars for the Mach E tour, to the EU, and to China. They’ve really had to redo plans due to COVID-19.

They’re now assembling primarily demo cars. However some of those will be extra to go overseas as well.

Remember that @trutolife27 told us even the FCTP stay in Cuautitlan until OKTB is issued.

Customer car Production is about 3 weeks behind schedule. So the good news is they’re spending lots of time practicing before they get to our cars. The better news is Ford has recovered more quickly than many auto makers.

Not sure when we’ll how long shipping will take. Part of what they’re doing is scheduling the cars to be ready to ship a bunch together to the same regions. Mach E production is much slower than most vehicles so shipping efficiently is more of a challenge while they’re trying to get through the order backlog.

I'm with you on that! I did my reservation on 12/26/2019 (got approval for a Christmas gift) and got a Reservation # of 29,341. Converted it to an order on 06/29/2020 and as of yet have not received any information on a build date.

Reservation was for a Premium ER AWD in Infinite Blue.

On another note I did receive a call from the dealership on 10/10/2020 that they had a Premium ER AWD in Rapid Red scheduled to be built on 11/09/2020 and that I could have it if I wanted it. No further word but if it does arrive at the dealership before the end of the year I will probably take the Rapid Red and get the 2020 Tax Credit.

Interesting for historical reference, I suppose, but we've known that schedule has been toast for 6 months.
Customer car Production is about 3 weeks behind schedule.
3 weeks behind the pre-COVID schedule, or the last-known schedule (MP2 Oct 26)? Does that mean MP2 starts Nov 16 now?

No, it means they’ll still be building FCTP during MP2.

No, it means they’ll still be building FCTP during MP2.
So the difference between MP1 and MP2 is effectively irrelevant to us now, from the sounds of it. The important distinction for customers had been MP1 being FCTP and MP2 being customer, but it now sounds like there's 3 weeks of FCTPs that will spill into the customer builds, pushing most of those back 3 weeks? Unless one is lucky enough to be one of the few customer units that gets mixed in early.

What's our best guess for actual customer units built by Nov 23 OKTB now? Just a few hundred?
