Update on my battery module replacement order !

My Mach E needs the 6th and 7th battery module replaced. Has anyone experienced similar?

They got them officially ordered yesterday and I got this text today saying they shipped and will notify me when the dealer has them !

Dealer has me in a loaner and ford is cover all gas cost since they didn’t have an electric loaner!

History: Bought a buy back on 6-4 and it broke down 3 hours into the trip...

Cell module replacements are rare but not unheard of. I would estimate they usually take 3-7 business days to ship since they come freight. Once they have the modules, the repair will take most of one day (subject to technician availability).

You have a loaner and it sounds like you're being taken care of now. But it might be a week or two before you get your car back.

Thanks for the helpful reply I’m cool with that, as long as they are paying the gas bill lol this bronco gets shittttt MPG.

Only had it like a week and already have like 80$ worth of receipts.
