I am interested in Rivian R1S with Max Pack and removal roof. Considering the Max Pack has not even been announced yet for the R1S, nor the removable roof, it is at least three years away. So in the meantime, rock on MME!

I’m really hoping Chevy does the Blazer SS well and doesn’t water it down as I would love to get into one of those if it’s comparable to my current vehicles performance level.

I looked into an R1T or R1S as well and I really like them and how they are designed. Comfortable to sit in but I really like my apple car play. I don’t think it would be a deal breaker to not have it, but I do like it. If the Blazer doesn’t pan out I will probably get a Rivian. It will likely not be another Mach E.

I don't feel the technology/infrastructure is there yet to meet my lifestyle to allow for an all EV garage. I'd be interested in a mid-size hybrid pickup like the Canyon/Colorado twins or the Ranger until the overall range and especially the winter range improve. Short of those being available maybe a 1956 Mr. Toad EV special ?
We actually just hit our first situation where taking a planned trip (to Bangor Maine) would be very challenging in our Mach-e. No hotels offer charging in the area, and there is only 1 DC fast charge location in the city and surrounding area - at a Honda/Nissan dealership. Next closest charger is ~55 miles away. If we are allowed to use that dealership charger (Plugshare reviews are mixed on that point), we could technically make the trip, but that just feels like a major hassle and risk. First time we are making the call to use our ICE vehicle since we got the Mach-e.

That said, still planning to dive into the all EV life once the Lightning arrives.

We want a cheap second EV for just around town driving. We may even go used. Right now, the Chevy Bolts are a real good deal but the Mini EV looks like a lot of fun. We wouldn't mind a used BMW i3 but the prices are ridiculous right now.
I owned two BMW i3, they were great cars and I highly recommend.

I have a reservation for a Fiskar Ocean.....however, the $5,000 non-refundable deposit is a deal breaker for me.....so looking at the EQE as my next EV.

I have an R1T on order and just got a model 3 RWD for my work vehicle, so my garage some time next year will be the Mach-e, Tesla model 3, Rivian R1T

When Ford finally makes an all electric Mustang GT coupe (or convertible), that will be my next EV.

As someone with a MachE on order, this thread is making me a little nervous. I was hoping to see more people who would replace with a newer MachE or at least stick with another Ford.

A lot of us are in the Boomer generation, only so many 3 year periods left. I guess that increases the urgency to upgrade as fast as possible. That's not the only urgency we have to react fast for...

Jim, if you wanna try out all of the new EVs, you might have to up it to a 3 months period – as most cars will have electric motors 10-20 years from now. ;)

Flat, don't worry too much, I'm quite sure you'll enjoy your car when you get it! :)

I put down $250 when ocean opened reservation. But it has been vaporware, and now so many better choices available, I gave up the $25 penalty and cancelled it.
Still waiting for my 2 cybertruck tho

I took the OP to mean excluding the Mach-e you currently own/waiting for.

Yeah, that Fisker Pear might not become available by 2025, and I say that as a Fisker shareholder ? I'm just hoping to see the Ocean make it out of the factory.?

Hmmm, I keep getting suggestions from Ford to trade in and up to a Premium, for supposedly less per month than I am already paying, because I've built equity over the past 1+ year of payments. However, I know no dealers who have cars in lots for close to MSRP, so I am thinking of keeping what I have, and just keep paying it down. I have a reservation for a Fisker PEAR that might not come available until late 2024 early 2025. I'm considering that as a second (or third if I buy a beater used ICE) car. I kind of want to have an straight ICE just as a very occasional driver and also if there is a zombie apocalypse, getting electrons might be harder than petrol.
