100,000 Miles Long Term Review

Hey everyone, Merchy here! I recently released a video talking about my 2021 mach-e first edition reaching 100k miles. I know about the 250k miles and so far my mach-e is on track to holding up as well. Battery health is about 91%, still original brakes, two sets of tires, and I talk about my HVBJB issue that lasted 7 months. Check out my video link below:

Standard HVBJB issues, first one failed in the dealers hands after a routine service. Quickly repaired. Second was replaced under the warranty/recall. Other than that just tires.

Almost forgot, I purchased it from a dealer after it was a loaner/demo and had about 2000 miles on it. The front motor was replaced before I purchased for some reason, but has not been a problem for me.

My original plan was to drive it for 150000. miles and replace. While I lived in TN I was driving 25000+ per year, since I moved into Louisville my driving has substantially decreased, only about 5000 in the last 6 months. I plan to keep it for the forseable future now.

I just crossed 90K on my 2022 GT and 42 months of ownership. HVB replaced at 10K and tires at 70K. Thats it and also at about ~91-92% SOH. Reliability has been solid, just living with the few hiccups in software that does not really bother me or eventually got fixed with OTAs. Plan on keeping it going for awhile (already bought it out as options plan ended).

I’m going with the least driven car accolades. I’d be lucky to have 6k by end of year one. My first Mach-E was sold with 13k miles in 30 months.

Hey! You wanna take it easy on that kind of mileage

I reckon that’s my kinda mileage now I retired, the mileage dropped off a cliff since.

It’s alright this retirement lark but I think it’s a disgrace that old people keep it to themselves so am having some of that

I've got you beat, lol....lucky if I drive 4k-ish miles a year....

Turned my last car in at the end of the 36 month lease, with 13,850 miles on it...

I've had my MME now for exactly 10 months and 10 days, just hit 2602 miles...
