I agree. We snet Hannah an email questioning the delay yesterday evening. If we don't hear back tomorrow, I would like to take this further, and at this point I feel pulling together to do this would be beneficial to us. I think it may need to go beyond just Ford, but getting this into the public domain that this is how they treat customers. A customer could come in and order tomorrow and at this point get their car before we do as they will get a cancelled order. Its disgustingSame here, I think we Grande Florida Crew need to step up a gear! If as Hannah says " There is nothing wrong with your car, I can assure you of this as there are no extra quality checks being carried out. " then WHY is it taking so long?
