I notice the tracker in the OP - the only one that doesn't require an order number anymore (since March according to thread history), only a VIN - stopped working earlier today.

The other two order trackers, https://seg.fyi/mache-vin/#/details and Ford's own https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking - both of which do require an order number - are still working fine.

Temporary glitch, or did Ford plug another privacy hole? Time will tell.

Hmm. The website says the build week is 8/8, and the dealer just messaged me saying the exact date is 8/12. But both trackers don't have a build date.

Here’s the production and delivery stats for my wife’s Mach-E that we just took delivery of today.

Ordered: March 22, 2021

Got the email from Ford with scheduled build date on April 22nd that said it would be built during the week of June 14th.

Got the email from Ford stating the car had been built on June 22 which is the same as the production date. This is the email that included the VIN. It also gave an estimate delivery date of July 17-23.

This is when I started tracking using the VIN on palsapp.com

The first update I noticed on Palsapp was when the destination was updated to my dealership. I’m lucky that I live in Kansas City so it goes straight to the dealer once it gets to Kansas City on the train. This update happened on July 9th. It seems that when the destination gets loaded into Palsapp is when the car gets to KC.

The next update I saw on Palsapp was on July 16th stating that the car had been delivered on July 15th. I went to the dealer and verified that it did arrive.

I still have not received an email from Ford Motor Company saying that my vehicle has been delivered even though theFord tracker says that it has been delivered.

My dealer told me that he can no longer see tracking on the vehicles once it gets on the train in Mexico. So palsapp does give a little more info compared to what the dealers can see now.

Hers has the standard battery pack. I also ordered one on the same Day but that car has the extended range battery pack and we still do not have a built date for that car yet.

ETA End Date moved from 8/30/2021 to 10/31/2021.. haven’t heard anything regarding shipping and Ford says it’s still “in production”. Anyone else in this time frame getting more info??

I had a build week for July 28th, it actually got built on July 16th. My eta was pushed to 10/31, but I just checked and it got moved up back to 8/20

If you have your VIN, it will give you your options and more informations like status and dates.

Up until now it was showing me all detail. It stopped and shows error 101 and null in all fields.
Do you know why?

I "reserved" a Mach E GT last February and I got a call from my dealer this past Friday and on Saturday I went in and placed my order. All I have is a 4-digit "Order ID". At what point would I receive a VIN or any information that allows me to track the order?

The dealer has placed the order with Ford, but until Ford accepts the order, the process does not start. Once Ford accepts your order, it will be put in the queue for production scheduling. My order is probably in the same state as yours, because Ford has not given my dealer any MME allocation yet, and so my order has not been accepted by Ford yet.

You should get a VIN at some point during or after production. Once you get the VIN you should be able to track the car from the manufacturing plant to your dealer, although I have seen multiple posts from people who received their MMEs but the tracker still shows in shipment. So I think you have to take the tracking information with a grain of salt, and maybe some cayenne pepper.

Finally my status changed. Today it says "Built"...with an estimated delivery between 9/11 and 9/17. Getting closer.

Ooh, mine now shows shipped as of today... Getting closer! Based on other times to my area I'm thinking I might be able to pick it up 8/22! Still a month wait.

Finally my status changed. Today it says "Built"...with an estimated delivery between 9/11 and 9/17. Getting closer.

My order, with a production date of 7/14, had its "Primary Status" flip from "In Production" to "In Transit" overnight per the tracker on this forum, and the "Built" stage is checked on https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/status but without a date listed under "Built". Estimated delivery date is now 8/22-8/28. I am not going to get excited until a ship date is posted.

Just curious, do either of you see a date listed under "Built" on your order?

Hilariously mine *DOES* have a built date of 7/16 but doesn't show as shipped, only in production... Even though I have a shipped date and delivery estimate. Maybe their entire system is borked...

Mine also shows 'Built' 07/16, but under shipped it just says '40 Days' (which I believe is the same data point as the mysterious 'Transit Date' on the seg.fyi tracker). The status does not indicate that it has shipped yet, but the ETA is 09/04. So, I guess that means they expect it to ship by 07/26? Who knows. Oh well, getting closer. And, way better than ETA 10/31, which it was a week ago. I guess the chips have started flowing again.

The "40 days" means an expected delivery in 40 days per another thread on here. It could be that our cars are basically shipped but not officially logged yet or some other paperwork process finishes in around 3 days from what I've read this morning. We'll see. Can't wait...

Mine changed to "built' today as well...and had a production date of 7/14. There is not date under built for me either. My estimated delivery is 9/8

Actually....nevermind.....It still says in production. I must have accidentally clicked the 'built' bubble. Got excited for no reason :-(
