My PAAK works 95% of the time, then the other 5% it just doesn’t work at all. I’ve made the appointment so hopefully this solves those issues.

My PAAK works 95% of the time, then the other 5% it just doesn’t work at all. I’ve made the appointment so hopefully this solves those issues.
I took my vehicle yesterday June 22 at Germain at beavercreek Ohio after 2 hr waiting just to tell me they don’t have the update and have to wait until it’s available over the air. It’s sound like the dealership dint want to do the update. Let me know if any of you get the same answer.

I took my MACH E To the dealership early yesterday morning for the software update for PAAK. By noon time they said that two attempts to install the software update had failed. The field engineer just happened to be working on another problem at the dealership and was unable to provide a solution. My Ford pass showed four different failure alerts and the vehicle would not go into drive or reverse per the technician. I checked in today and they’re still working on the problem and they hear report that others are having difficulty with the software update.

It’ll go away after the dealer runs the claim through. Depends on your dealer.

It took a few days for mine to go away. I had it done while Ford was having a few backend issues though.

My PaaK has been pretty solid all along. June's worked at the start, then quit working. After the software updates to the car and iPhone yesterday we deleted her iPhone PaaK and set it up again. So far it's working fine.

I wonder if this is why I haven't been called to pick up my Mach E that I had ordered. Tracking site shows it was delivered last week on the 29th but nothing from the dealer.

Neither. There is a place in the FordPass app to delete the PaaK.
