you don’t need to speak to anybody and I’ve read that you shouldn’t speak to anybody or the RR might cut off our ability to track. I have the whole string saved as a contact. You should be able to modify this number with your own rail car number (the six digit number) and save it to your phone.

Yep that did the trick - awesome, thanks! Said it had departed from "New Peaks" PA a few hours ago - didn't understand the town name with the computer generated voice

I woke this morning to see a "complete your purchase" email from Ford.

Ford website account page now has a green checkmark on Shipped status, with a Begin Your Purchase button now appearing on the page. The status bar on shop.ford.com page does not have Shipped button checked.

Awaiting reply from my rep via text. Dealership opens in an hour.

Update: IT'S HERE!

Rep texted back and it's at their storage lot. Delivery window was 12/29-1/4.

Tentative pickup day is Sunday. We'll talk this afternoon to confirm those details.

Hoping someone here can help me understand what’s going on with my car. I called Ford customer service and they said that it’s in transit but it says stop ship and they don’t know what that means because unfortunately everyone has left for the day that might be able to answer that question. It still has a 12/28-1/3 ETA. Does anyone know what stop ship means? I haven’t been able to see it on the rail car since the shipped email. I’m soooo frustrated and my dealer is gone for the day

So possibly a QC hold. There are rumors on the forum of Ford needing to check out glass roofs, but I was hoping they figured all that out by the time our cars were (finally) built.

I have a GT with a glass roof. It was unloaded off the train car today and scheduled for a pickup by the trucking company tonight. No holds on it. I’ve seen those other threads so was worried for my own car, but it’s certainly not just as simple as glass roofs.

Got the email this evening to check out! Contacted dealer and they said they got 2 mach-e's waiting for inspection, I assume one of them is mine. They'll contact me tomorrow if they confirm that's the case.

So I think I am on a different rail car, but on with everyone else ... TTGX987209 and was in Enola, PA yesterday so really close. Hopefully it gets to DE today/tomorrow and we should all just drive to DE and make the dealers show up there so we can get our cars.
