So I received the update this afternoon and the screen went black, no power button. Tried the sync reboot no luck. Put the car in reverse and the camera showed up, but it was operating at 1 FPS not useful. Still no nav or controls once I got home, Was thinking tomorrow I might try disconnecting the 12v battery. Anybody else have a black screen?

Usually just letting the car "rest" for 10 to 30 minutes is enough. I'd just let it sit overnight if you have no more plans to drive it when you get home and hopefully it'll be fine.

I had no issues with OTA 2.1. When the dealer applied CSP 21P22 I noticed a few things weren't quite right ... for maybe the first 15 minutes or so ... as if it was taking a few minute for everything to restart and quiesce with the rest of the systems and the cloud.

I just had Marlin on to charge for the second time since the 21P22 update. This is the second time it went to 100%. I just went out to check and it seems it had set the charge setting back to 100%. I guess I'll have to take him out for a run tomorrow for the sake of the battery.

Coincidentally I also got 2.1.0 via OTA today too.

My 21p22 update cleared both of my saved charging locations and therefore the schedule & charge limit. I had to recreate them after my next home & work charge.

Some here. I noticed the car charged to 100% when I plugged at home. But it was good so I could confirm using the odb2 adapter that the real value for the battery charge went to 93% instead of previous 89%. So this update really increased the usable battery percentage.

That’s good to hear. I have no way of confirming that and with winter here it obviously doesn’t reach the old range when at 100%.

The release of all categories of updates seems haphazard at best. I've been driving around for a couple months in my GT with Blue Cruise and the 1.7.6 new build system update, and most others haven't received any such updates other than new builds. Then this 2.1 goes to older builds and no word on newer ones. Then the battery capacity increases, well who knows... And don't even bother to "check for updates" in your car. I really really don't like this method of dribbling out updates that they are using. Give everyone access to the same thing at least manually! What could have been a great feature is an aggregation.

I drove my car to the gym this morning. When I got back in the car an hour later, I had the update. Anybody know what this does? So far, I’ve noticed minor updates here and there. You know small stuff. Everything seems to be running smoothly. Seems like the best possible version of my Mustang.

Except PAAK worked for me this morning and then it didn’t when I got back in the car. And then after entering my password and starting the car I got another No Key Detected message. But to be fair that happens about 10% of the time anyway.

You received an update that increased the HVB usable capacity on your GT? I didn't think Ford was going to do that for the GT models. Interesting....

Fords update schedule of who gets it when and how they get it is unpleasant atp, just release the damn updates in one package to everyone especially useful things like charging curve which would be of great use to those of us who live in climates that get cold.
