I had a build date 12/15. Still says in production. The modules are all showing. I have a deliver date 1/26-2/1. What’s going on with the ford tracking page?

Hello everyone,

Like most of you, I am anxiously waiting the arrival of my very own Mach-E. I found that the Ford order tracker has a lag to it and took it upon myself to find better options for the status of my car. Below are links to all of the tools I have been using. Some of them are ones everyone knows about (like palsapp) but others I not so much. Hope these help! Also, I am a salesman for Ford so if anyone ever has any questions please feel free to ask! I usually have an answer for most of the questions I see on this form. I just now took it upon myself to make a profile to try and help out.

Module site: (This website will tell you if the modules are live in your car) ....This one is great to see if your car is on a chip hold. If the modules are love then your car is done.

Can someone tell me how to interpret this data from pals app? Does it mean it is in KC? Another site indicates it’s in production on 12.14 with a delivery date of 1.21.2022.

Is there any way to track by rail from Mexico?

Call your dealer for a VVR and get a rail car number. Or wait about 2 weeks from when you got shipped date. When it hits KC something should pop up on palsapp

That means its pending in KC.
Once you get shipped email from Ford it'll take about 2 weeks to KC. Then Palsapp will tell you if it is being delivered to a dealership or another rail company etc.

Wait for the built/shipped email from Ford then wait about 2 weeks.

No, your car has not been shipped yet. All this means is an order has been created for when the car is ready to ship.

Ford vehicle tracking no longer seems to be working for me. I fill in the form and it returns to the original page with the order no. and the vin spaces blank. It appears that the car has been built since the module page has a long list of them. My dealer says that the car is still in Mexico on microchip hold.

Your car has been built and is more than likely just sitting on some offsite lot waiting for chips. Unfortunately, this hold can last anywhere from 1 week to 3 months or more. Mine has been on chip hold since September and was just released yesterday.

You should get built and shipped emails from ford
