I just feel like if they put 1/3 as much energy into making a decent vehicle as they do making a vehicle that does goofy stuff that other vehicles don't do they might actually be able to make a decent vehicle. I have had the chance to drive a bunch of Teslas over the last few years and they just never impress me. I guess if they did I would have bought one of those instead...but still. It's an automobile...make it into a decent automobile before you make it do weird stuff or it's always going to be a crappy car that is shaped like an earplug that just happens to have a funky horn.

Highlights for me….
1. Interior’s “got more cheap plastic than a Pontiac Aztec.”
2. Vanity mirrors look like what you’d snort coke off, or at least check your nose after a lunch break.
3. Frunk can get hot and wet, so don’t store your dynamite, gunpowder, ARs, or kids there.
4. Ample gun storage (but see above).

Also, he sounds like Benedict Cumberbatch’s Grinch.

If somebody living in Florida would track this guy down and lend him your MME Premium, I would love for him to roast us next.

I assume everyone working at Tesla is a single 20 something engineer that gave up on mating a long time ago, which is how you end up with fart mode and video games in a $60,000 suburban mom crossover.

My take is that it's actually ingenious marketing. When fart mode was released it was trending on twitter. Marketing to the youth in this country holds great power. Those kids hold tremendous influence over the buying power of their parents. My 7yo nephew always counts Tesla's when we are walking down the street. When he turns 16, what is he gonna want? When he keeps telling his parents to buy a Tesla, maybe they will. It's free marketing and it works. The games aren't for 80yo men, they are for the kids who's parents cave to their wishes.

That idiot reviewer was a parade of innacurate info, made for an entertaining video, but he reminds me of the very worst of dealership employees.

I think Tesla needs to be rid of Elon to grow up. We have a Model Y and a Mach E GTPE. And we like them both. The MachE is replacing a Model 3 and I couldn’t be happier to conclude my Tesla journey and get something more refined.
