With the recall notice just 24 hours old, there is no way to guestimate any time frame. When the powers at hand (Ford) knows, we will know.
Patience is a virtue nowadays, I waited a year for my Mach-E and I do feel for those who have waited longer and are still waiting, but the wait is truly worth it

It's hard for me to believe this anymore for someone who has already been waiting a year for a 2021 model. Ive never considered canceling but if I end up waiting until end of 2022 or even 2023, I dont know how my pride alone survives this lol.

Now we have to wait for more details. Execs coming out saying "It will be all fixed with a software update" feels like expectation management, but I hope I'm wrong.

The funny thing to me is what has changed since yesterday other than we all know there is an issue and it should start getting fixed 3rd quarter? Nothing - so I will continue to drive my wife to work and pick up grandkids. Only change is grandkids will have to wait for trip to 6 Flags versus our daily rush to 55 MPH. Sure a few of us may have the part fail but that would have happened even without any news. So just get out there and drive!

He's got an April 27th build date and may 25th release date so answer is....he has the recall.

Since delivery begin december 2021 i did nothing else then floor my gt. So if it was a really big issue, i already would have stranded. I am not changing my fun with the car.

Same here with mine and it failed at 13998 miles and 8 months.

It's funny, had my MME 2months, previous car was a recalled bolt. Had to leave it outside 6 months, but they ended up making us all whole and then some. So if they have to start replacing hardware we might make out well

It's probably better to wait another year and do all ten recalls at once. ?

I guess when they do updates, the update doesn't always work with all of the modules, so they have to keep trying. Causing it to take multiple days.

It does if they do it right and the module in question wasn’t dorked by a previous OTA and corrupted.
