[email protected] is definitely not Jim's email address. I've attempted emailing and complaining in the pastWrite the Customer Experience Officers at Ford Motor with your concerns.
Their emails can be found at:

You stole my plan!!? except I am doing mine Wednesday .If my calculations are right, I get the GT's software update in service tomorrow, then drive around a bit, and by early next week after a random failure, I should be limping back to the dealer and then wait for the actual fix?![]()
And why exactly? Has Ford ever given a technical reason it takes so f-ing long to get these updates?Seems people are getting OTA already. Wish I could force check that to avoid the dealer, but noooo... Ford says wait wait wait...
Who knows. Lack of infastructure and forsight for customer convenience. Any other device you check and install what's there for everyone. Millions available at the same time. No phased in crap. Right now this would save me a trip to the dealer tomorrow, so yeah I'm a little anxious. And since November delivery, and despite wait listed for early access, I (and all GT's) haven't had one single OTA update. Yeah, I undrestand why automotive OTA's are fearful of mass bricking etc.And why exactly? Has Ford ever given a technical reason it takes so f-ing long to get these updates?
I am a job 1 FE that still doesn't even have all the updates yet for bluecruise. FFS, they need to get their crap together.Who knows. Lack of infastructure and forsight for customer convenience. By the way, a lot of dealers will only do the recall updates period. So the new brake update pushing out with the recall one will probably have to wait to get OTA.
Mr Farley is also not the customer experience director.[email protected] is definitely not Jim's email address. I've attempted emailing and complaining in the past
