Just got hit with stop safely now

Just a couple of days after posting on here how much I love my car and have had no issues.

Sitting out of the car currently waiting for a tow. My dealership says they won’t even be able to look at it until the 1st.

i have the directions for how to tow printed out but I’m still nervous the tow driver will mess up “my baby” somehow.

Speak to your dealer and at least ask them to run diagnostics so they can order parts. There was another poster somewhat in your shoes and the initial reaction from the dealer was that they could not get to it right away. The dealer then got back and stated they looked at the error codes and ordered a HVBJB. Good luck!

My car (Kestrel, because it is pretty, fast and dumb) is now at Sill Terhar in Broomfield, Colorado. Thanks everyone for all of your help and support! I had my two youngest kids with me but was able to call a friend to pick them up so they didn’t have to wait in the heat with me, and then someone else was able to get me from the dealership so no one was stranded. I’ll keep you all updated.

Yes, the forum is better at customer service than the Ford Motor Company. Very disappointed in all of this. I get it is a new model, I expected it - but step up and help Ford, we deserve it.
