Question as I don't know much about all this yet. I know I had 2.8.2 and 22-PU0601-SRV-RC. Wouldnt those show on this list? I thought those were GWM updates. Any help is appreciated. Just trying to gear up to complain to the dealer. I was promised the recall was completed yet it does not look like it was from this list.

There is no GWM in this list because apparently the OTA did update that.

There are no 22S41 recall-related modules in your list. They did get updated.

What's left will need a complaint that would be corrected by updating one of those modules in your list for it to be paid for under warranty labor.

Yes, I believe so. I had my APIM replaced in April. I’ve had 2 or 3 updates since then. 1 about a week ago.

It’s my first trip into the dealership since I picked it up 5/12/22 and wonder if someone could run my vin so I know where I stand before going in. Vin # 3FMTK3SU1NMA23876. I got in touch with my dealerships service dept and they're telling me these will come with OTAs. After i said they can be updated by the dealership he said they'd have to be TSB's with an existing issue. I've been having infotainment issues as well as brake issues (three times brought in, first shaved off, second and third were the two TSBs and replaced) now the brakes are causing the shaking again. I was hoping the power train & gear shift module updates will fix this. So is the dealership only allowed to do these w a tsb or a trigger that requires it?

I don't have any idea when these problems would be fixed with OTAs. Confidence is not high.

I also don't have visibility on the OTA schedule that some on the forum have access to but can't discuss.

In your list, there are modules listed that are all covered under recall 22S41. Those are the PCM, BECM, SOBDM, SOBDMB, and SOBDMC. Are you saying they refused to update those because they will come as an OTA?

If you're having infotainment/sound issues that DSP can only be updated by the tech using FDRS.

If you're having driver's seat profile matching key fob issues that would be the DSM update and it has a TSB or SSM to go with it.

If you're having issues with loss of bluetooth connectivity occasionally that's an RFA issue and has a TSB or SSM to go with it.

If you're having issues with your iPhone not charging properly that's the WACM update which can only be updated by a tech with FDRS and there is a TSB/SSM to go with it.

Are you saying they want you to go out and do your own homework and bring in the TSB so that they'll fix your customer complaint?

This doesn't sound like the kind of experience Ford wants you to have with your Mach-E...amiright?

This dealership clearly doesn't want to work on Mach-Es. What a hot mess.
