I've just came from the dealer. They said they've updated some modules, but couldn't say which ones. Could someone check for me please?

If they were going to do the cruise control updates they should have done the IPMA at the same time in my opinion.

As the IPMA takes a really long time i am guessing they ran out of time ? That one took forever

They said that they did not update the IPMA because it would take too long. Maybe there was a more effective way to do it, like you said. Also too bad they did not update the rest of the non-cruise control modules. Might have been smaller.

And indeed they programmed a new key fob, that was part of the recall and the main purpose for the car being in the dealer. So basically:
- I have now TWO fobs with a remote open frunk button - YAY!!!
- The remote open frunk feature is still not available in my Job 1 car - D'oh!!

I don’t have a key fob either the frunk button. Is that part of a recall? 2021 job 2

It looks like fobs with frunk button are only available to European countries (except UK). And I think the same happens when it comes to be given a second fob as a Field Service Action (recall might not be the best term).

However, no BlueCruise for European countries. Lord giveth, Lord taketh away. ?

Would appreciate a check on 3FMTK4SX7NMA21291 to confirm whether all updates are complete. Many thanks as always!

Hi all,

I have had months of issues with my job 1 2021 premuim rwd extended. The last time in the shop in early July they seem to have fixed all the issues and stated they did all the possible updates.

well, over a month later I still have 2 alerts on the ford app for the recall and csp. I still have 1.7.1 listed as last OTA that failed and I have not received any updates. I would like to switch to a different dealer to have them check for needed updates but thought I would ask if anyone here could run my VIN and tell me what they see. Thank you very much, better to go into dealer knowing than depending on them.

my vin is - 3fmtk3r77mma26120

It takes 3 weeks for the recall message to disappear

?

They don't have the hardware......for BlueCruise.....emmm what now?

Well they either don't have a FDRS laptop with the adapter cable.....or they don't have a powersupply....or they don't have a USB thumb drive....all of which all EV certified dealers are supposed to have. It might be that they don't have an EV certified tech, but if that werre the case they couldn't work on F-150 Powerboosts either, or even update '21 Job 1 ICE F-150s to BlueCruise either for that matter.

Were they specific about what they were lacking?

This is very strange....but yeah I agree you do need to find another dealer.
They keep making vague excuses from missing hardware to techs being unavailable- its very frustrating. The sad part is that next nearest dealer to me in ~40miles away.
I think they don't want to put the time into e-cars

You only have the OBCC update that came out a couple of weeks ago. You are running the -AN version and this update would put you at -AM.

It's not critical, it's just slightly tweaked version of what you're running now.

You are running the -EJ version of the APIM (Sync module) which is the latest version for a '21 Job 1 car. (It probably shows as Sync version 421 in your car.)

You will always have 1.7.1 Powerup listed as your latest version until the next PowerUp comes along for '21 Job 1 cars. They have been focused on OTAs for the 22 cars lately and '21 Job 1 cars have not gotten any OTA for a while.

Having said that your car is pretty well up to date and is at an equivalent OTA version level of 2.8.3.

I do understand, I had to go to a dealer 60 miles away to get the glass recalls done because my dealer didn't have the resources.
