Who here lives in LA County? I need to find a reliable dealer that has a great Mach-E technician and service advisor that knows what they are doing with the update installs(specifically the CSP 21P22)

Hi, would it be possible to get a list of available updates from vin WF0TR3SU0MMA15584 also my car has had the HVBJB replaced would this show up within FDRS for any modules updates that the TSB would recommend I believe the BCM would be updated
and lastly I saw that the UK recall for 22P25 was showing in ETIS but checking again today is now gone, did they update it. thanks again.
Im due to collect the car next week and will ask for the job report for the HVBJB replacement
Lorenzo, your BCM was updated on the 24th along with all the same modules related to recall 22S41. They also did the HVJB replacement, but I have to say I'm used to seeing a "BECM filling and bleeding" procedure when that happens and there's no sign of that in the session logs. A bit curious. You might ask about that.

Here's the list of currently available updates:

Today my car was at the dealer for a full working day update. Now I can open the frunk with the key FOB button but not on SYNC. They told me all the available modules have been updated but I don't know what they did.
@Mike G: Could you check my VIN WF0TK3SSXMMA37563 if it has been updated including the modules you checked last time, please?

Thank you very much in advance.
Well it would be easier to show you what they didn't update:

Everything else on your list from the 27th of July onward was updated. They probably just ran out of time to update this one. I think this is the update that adds Alexa (in the US) and is almost a 6GB download.

Hi there,

Could someone check available updates for my car?
VIN: 3FMTK3R70MMA21258
14 Feb '21 build date, Job 1 car.

Clearly somebody has been keeping up with their updates or is getting OTAs as soon as they're released.

Broken down, you've got the third refresh of the 22S41 recall updates, the BCM/GFM combo that will enable the keypad 7/8 frunk opening, the doors, and the GSM. Not bad. Probably an hour and a half tops in total time.

Indeed I performed a FDRS update 2 months ago for the 22S41 recall and updated all the modules at the time. However, 22S41 still shows up in FordPass as "incomplete" :(

I'm also an EA so I received a few OTA recently and I'm at PowerUp 3.5.3 as of yesterday.

Sorry I can't help more with the error codes (DTCs) you may be experiencing. Your dealership's service advisor can input your VIN and see immediately in realtime what your car is complaining about. You can just call them and ask them to check while you're on the phone. They have something called the 'Connected Vehicle Dashboard' that tells them everything your car is reporting whenever you drive it. Also the status of any OTAs.

Looks like they just got the IPMA update installed yesterday. If they still can't BC working, these new updates may be the ticket.

Hi General, I own a '21 MME AWD ER and live in Canada+presently am working with a 2nd service dept. @ my Ford dealer for this BC. (I know it has been almost half yr since your threads here, but up here in Canada, this BC update/process is even slower it seems?) So, I am reaching out to you, since it seems that you might have some Ford Tech experience+ was able to look up peoples updates/work thru their VINs on the FDRS... But since I am in Canada, I heard you may not be able?

But I was wondering if you could answer or make out this error msg that my Ford service dealer is giving me here: 'Gateway module ethernet load error'? With a U2400 error code it seems? (This was given to me, by my Ford service adviser. (They seem to not have a clue now, since it has been 4.5 days of s/w loading attempts, and is now waiting for an Engineer's perspective on it...?)

The prep kits were all loaded by another dealer's service, so all the prep s/w should be in, and then I allowed my purchased dealership to take a shot at this, but still no go, with this error...

Could this error be somehow be hardware related within these modules, which is what the tech here is hinting at? (As well, I heard thru another Forum thread, that if I did a Master Reset, I may get my latest Software Update ver. will show again, because right now it says: 'Your software is Up to date', but does not give me the 2.7.4 ver.? That it always use to give me under s/w updates? Thanks in advance

You may have a fight on your hands.

On the 20th of December when your car was in for service the tech looked up what was required to perform Customer Satisfaction Program 21P22........and then did only part of it, but got paid for all of it.

Meaning in the list of all the available updates below you'll notice all those door modules that are still showing up....but they were supposed to be updated under 21P22, and will never be updated by an OTA. I've attached the 21P22 instructions so you can see for yourself the modules that were supposed to be updated, but weren't.
Here's the session log for that day:
3FMTK3SUXMMA08355-17-Sep-22work.png

You can see the tech basically stopped doing anything around lunch time and never went back to do the rest of the updates in the list.

Here's the list of currently available updates:

Rarely do I see a list this long. And like I said, they are likely to give you a hard time cause they already got paid the labor to do CSP 21P22 and are not going to want to clean up all the stuff they were supposed to have done back in December. They may offer some excuse like the fact that you didn't report any issues with the door function, etc. That's not the point. They were supposed to update all the modules in the list regardless of whether you had a problem or not.

And they probably thought you'd never find out.

If you have an appointment for the 22S41 recall there is a bright side. It's been so long now that the recall related modules (PCM, BECM, SOBDM, SOBDMB, and SOBDMC) are now on their third revisions since the recall was announced. The most recent versions came out literally days ago. So you will be getting the latest tweaked versions of that.

I would make eye contact with the service advisor and let them know that you want the recall programming as well as all the rest of the items that were supposed to be done under CSP 21P22 done as well, and you let them know that they didn't do the job properly in the first place.

Mike
Hey Mike, do you mind checking my vin again (3FMTK3SUXMMA08355)? I grabbed my car just yesterday from dealership. I've asked them to complete 22S41 recall programming as well as the rest of the updates under CSP 21P22 that weren't initially done. Could you see if they actually completed these updates?

I was told they also attempted to install 21G01 updates, but apparently they ran into some issues and requested further assistance from Ford. So I will have to drop off the car at the shop again once they receive further instructions...

Thank you!

I can't see the session logs for the 30th but they were checking out some issue with your alarm on the 29th and did an IPMA camera alignment as well that day.

Here's the list of available updates, and none of them are cruise control related:

I have a January 2021 build, and haven’t received any updates for a while, and no BlueCruise.

Would someone please check what updates are available for me, and whether I should bite the bullet, and take it to the dealer?

Thank you!
