- 111kWh battery (107 kWh usable)
- 300 mile range
- 250kW charging speed, bi-directional charging
- 0-60 in 5.7 seconds for base model
- 402 hp, 568 lb-ft torque for base model
- 3 rows
- Delivering early 2024
- Pricing will be under $80k
- Level 3 driving assistance called Ride Pilot (cameras+radar+LIDAR+Nvidia; no driver input needed on highways)
- Frunk (YES! ~ 1 cubic foot)

198.3" long (3.3 inches longer than the gas powered XC90)- roughly the length of a Cadillac XT6

Exterior is handsome; better specs than the 2024 Q8 E-tron and offers a 3rd row. I strongly dislike the button-less minimalist interior. Mach-E really set the bar high.

It looks like identical panels for the IPC and the main screen. They took a lot of cues from the Mach-E, clearly.

Under $80K. Anxious to see that cost come to reality. Hopefully they do not pull a GM....Silverado EV $42K...but now magically $74.8K.

After my exp w my 2016 XC90 I have no doubt this will be the absolute best lux EV

And will be riddled with nonsense issues

Volvo dealers... Or their service techs departments are NOT ready to support EVs. They barely can service the tech in their current lineup.

You think Ford is dubious...

Don't they have to service Polestar too?

Agree with that! My Volvo dealer has 50kw DCFC installed (I think) and when I asked the tech about the XC40 Recharge he said everyone hates it and BEV is not the way to go. Way to drink the Kool-aide.

Small sample size, I know, but it was not what I was expecting to hear.

Also very surprised at the $80k price tag

Geely makes nice cars. For better or worse they seem to have fired their design department and just bought a MachE and a Model Y and copied the bits they liked.

Surprised in a good way or bad way about the $80k price tag? Seems to be the going price for a 3-row EV SUV. Rivian R1S starts at $92k so this seems like a relative bargain.

Out of all the Euro EVs on the market, I think the BMW iX is the best all-around (despite its polarizing design).

I take it back - USD $80k is about $107,000 CAD - that's more in line with what I thought it would be after watching the reveal. I think the R1S starts at $105k here, so yeah, it does seem in line. Seemed "cheap" until I had a coffee and did the conversion

No pricing on the Canadian site yet, just a "Keep me informed" button.
