Using PC - Microsoft edge.
Microsoft Edge is a browser. That means you're using the web version of Turbo Tax. I have the PC version, where I load the software on to the computer. It is NOT ready as of now, I just checked and got the same message as @JRB100 did.

That makes sense then if others are using software and getting the message.

Saw this on message board from 2021 tax year.

"Form 8936 is not available in TurboTax Business. Yes, visit the IRS website, download the 2021 Form 8936, enter the relevant information on the form, determine the credit, and enter the credit amount, if any, on your Form 1040."

Patiently waiting for things to shake out. Many of us still need to wait for the IRS to work out state inflation stimulus payments. A few more days won't hurt.

I use the online product, and the form is ready, at least for me.

It says I am free to file at this point.

If filing through TurboTax, no; still on hold. Others have had success with different providers, such as HR Block.
HR Block does not support Form 8911 ! Bill P

As of last night the PC download version was still not ready to file. Hopefully today or this weekend as I am ready to file otherwise.

Used freetaxusa.com to file my taxes on 1/26. It had both the 8936 and 8911 forms and filled them out correctly. I didn't get any credit for my Emporia installation because after taking the $15,000 tax credit for two MME's, the tax I still owed was less than the Tenative minimum tax (line 17 on form 8911). I got my refund on 2/8.

HR Block has you directly populate Form 3800 to take EVSE credit. Unfortunately, this won’t allow the electric filing of the fed or state returns.

solution: electronically file without the form 3800 and then file an amended return to get the EVSE credit, or file the fed return on paper. Transcribe the state return and file that at the taxing authority online.

Question, I had the building put in a 50 Amp charger in 2021. Should I have put that on tax credit? Currently doing the same this year. Can I put that on taxes?

You don't "put that on tax credit". The EV tax credit is not the same as the installation and charger credit.

If you paid for the installation of a charger in 2022 at your main home, then in 2023 you file form 8911 and get a 30% credit for the charger and installation, up to a max credit of $1,000. If you didn't pay for it, you can't take the credit.

If this is a business, then you are taking any tax credit, the business is, and it has specific rules - https://www.irs.gov/instructions/i8911
