Ford Power-Up 4.2.1 installed

The "release note" makes it look like they had to take a second pass at the code that helps you get ready for software updates.

I (try to) keep up with what modules are being changed by scrolling through Bezel Diagnostics each time they push a power-up. (I got me a spreadsheet!)

This time, they seemed to push revisions to most of the VMCU and AP, and subsidiary part numbers. This can be seen on the ECG Diagnostics page.

Perhaps we'll start seeing more Power-ups now. Things seemed a little quiet since 4.1.3

Installed this morning on my early job 1 2021. I received the in-car notification but nothing on FordPass at all.

It was only on 2023s until early this week. Definitely not the time to panic lol. It can take weeks or months for it to reach everyone due to the staged rollout.

2022 GTPE here. I went from v.3.6.2 on Feb15 (shows on FP as the last update) to v.4.2.1 (does not show on FP, only on the main display). No new UI.

Took about an hour for the update notification to show in FP. I'm guessing 4.2.1 supersedes 4.1.1 and sets the stage for the UI updates and new versioning.

Since we recieved Power Up 4.2.1, Range and % charge seem to be behaving eradically; Reporting 100% from 306 to 276MI. Then suddenly changing both. Also, When changing is also acting weird; The other day it was supposed to change 11pm to 7am. For the 1st time ever when plugged in during this period it didn't charge.

Guys, 4.1.1 and 4.2.1 are gateway module updates. You won’t see any UI changes until you get 4.1.2 or 4.2.2 installed FYI.

4.1.x had bugs so 4.2.x are the replacements with bug fixes.

I just jumped in my car to make sure my '23's LVB was at 80+ %, and to my surprise my Automatic Updates were turned off, and so was Wi-Fi. These cars really have a mind of their own. Hoping to get my first update, and then whatever new gremlins come with it!
