Here's the list of available updates:
3FMTK1SS7MMA10681-13-Apr-23.webp

None of these are going to come as OTAs.
You need to have the dealer update the PCM. That will also update other related modules in your list so updates will start coming again. Not receiving updates is a warranty issue. Try another dealer if this one won’t comply.

Thanks for the info! Yes, I'm on Sync 539. I'll make an appointment with the local dealer to see if they can get me up to date. While the Mach-E is on Wi-Fi at home, we don't have great AT&T cell coverage here at the house, so dunno if it prioritizes one over the other.

Again, appreciate the info and really enjoying the car so far!
Had the dealer do the HVAC update and potentially take care of the Shift Selector Park TSB. I don't think they did PCM as I'm still on Sync 539 and it's been a few days with scheduled updates. Is it possible for someone to re-check 3FMTK4SE6MME00263 to see which ones they did and compare to my original run of updates? Thanks!!

They didn't touch anything besides the HVAC and GSM.

You may want to contact Ford and open a case (there's a phone number somewhere on this forum) and tell them you aren't getting updates and you'd like it investigated, and ask them if there's a possibility it's due to the widely reported PCM dependency issue.

Hi @Mike G

my Mache’22 is not getting recent updates from OTA. I am still at 3.6.2. Could you please check my VIN3FMTK1SS4NMA18657
Is there anything that I can do get the car updated to 4.1.2 or latest

Thanks

You can call your dealership's service advisor and ask them to pull up your VIN in PTS and check for DTCs (error codes). If they see any error codes you can ask them if you can bring it in to have those corrected, and while the car is in there if they update the PCM module (and associated powertrain modules along with it) then you could possibly break out of what's been called the 'PCM dependency" problem that keeps further GWM, and APIM updates from showing up or downloading as OTAs. This has worked for at least two people in this thread with '22 models who were stuck like you are.

Here's the list of currently available updates for your car:

You seem to b doing pretty well, it looks like you have the latest version of Sync. This list is by no means as bad as I've seen.

The BCM and GFM updates together would enable your frunk to be opened by the driver's door keypad and if the tech runs the routine to place the softbutton on your drive modes screen graphic you could open it from the Sync screen.

Other things like the WACM, DSM, DSP, and HVAC have all been discussed in this thread before and a quick search should tell you what they're for.

Just in case you have a dealer that doesn’t know what you’re talking about to get the Frunk button active.

Thank you! Is there a ā€œmagic phraseā€ I can say to have the dealer update these for free? I know I’m having an issue with the driver memory seat, and I want that Frunk button.

Congrats!
Why hasn’t ford put a recall out for this…
A lot of folks on here are having this problem…., dealers telling them can’t do PCM modules updates w/o authorization for ford…..
Dealers need to get paid for updates they might do.
imagine all the people not on this forum, and are oblivious to what they should be getting for their cars……
I have an appointment w/ dealer in a month….., hopefully something will drop from ford to cover these PCM dependencies……………. Bill P

Could someone check what updates are available for my car 3FMTK3SU1MMA08471.

It was in storage for 3 months with the auto update disabled. I did get a couple of messages that updates were available, but they disappeared by the timed I returned.

TIA
