If they work on multiple brands, they might be using All-Data.I don't know what service software this tech is using, but whatever they're using it's not creating any session logs to show what they've done. I've been told that there are ways to use FDRS so that it doesn't create a session log, but I'm not sure why a dealer tech would want to do that.
